I ran across your older videos today and saw this one as a newer one. I love these hijab transformation videos. I just commented on a really old video too lol. great video! I've been wearing a headscarf in different styles a while as I had been nervous to wear an exact hijab look.. Not sure if I worded that correctly. Wearing a headscarf makes me feel safer when I get to wear a face mask with it (Id prefer niqab tbh) Anyway I recently had more of a hijab style and I had a not so good interaction with a Muslim woman the same day. I am a white agnostic woman to make the situation "worse"... The rest of the day I was extremely uncomfortable and haven't worn any headscarf in public since and just put on a hat. Been struggling going back. Went from felling safer with a headscarf then spiraled to embarrassment and judgement immediately within seconds with a single interaction. Have been back and forth on what to do now as I am not sure if ill get over the interaction. ugh.

We all have days when our hair is less than optimal, or we're just tired of fiddling with it. That's when we can truly appreciate the beauty and convenience of the hijab. Of course the skill of Muslim ladies in the application of makeup enhances their appearance no end.
I grew up with nuns as teachers, and it was amazing how much dignity and grace was imparted to even the plainest of women by the traditional habit.
There is no hair and face covering in the Qur'an. It should be covered from under the chin to the wrists and ankles.

I've been wearing a headscarf in different styles a while as I had been nervous to wear an exact hijab look.. Not sure if I worded that correctly. Wearing a headscarf makes me feel safer when I get to wear a face mask with it (Id prefer niqab tbh) Anyway I recently had more of a hijab style and I had a not so good interaction with a Muslim woman the same day. I am a white agnostic woman to make the situation "worse"... The rest of the day I was extremely uncomfortable and haven't worn any headscarf in public since and just put on a hat. Been struggling going back. Went from felling safer with a headscarf then spiraled to embarrassment and judgement immediately within seconds with a single interaction. Have been back and forth on what to do now as I am not sure if ill get over the interaction. ugh.
