Nothing as far as spirituality tops meditation. You have to dedicate yourself to practice it every day no exceptions. Meditation is how you feel your souls bliss. You will develop true intuition, wisdom and understanding from it. It will change your life and make you a much better person. Worldly pleasures are cheap and temporary and leave you feeling hollow inside. What you gain from meditation will last forever :)
Agreed! I wish somebody told me that yrs ago but everything happens for a reason. I was a strong atheist for 20 yrs after trying to find the truth. I never came across anything spiritual, I didn't know what Christ consciousness/spiritual awakening was. In 2019 when I was 52 I had a profound, spiritual awakening when I was at my breaking point. It was like an NDE without dying but I thought it was a miracle. I think I had to go through a lot of suffering before my awakening so I could relate and understand what people go through, it's the only reason I can think of as to why I never came across videos or books about spirituality when I was searching for the truth about God/the light, us, the universe...

I have had experiences of Cosmic consciousness both by following the example of the Christian mystics and from taking mushrooms. Both experiences expressed the same truth and that is we are nothing and God is everything and the self we identify with is an illusion that only exists within our mind. And everything is exactly as it should be. What we deem as bad is fundamental to our existence because it is by the things we suffer in life that we can know the good. Once we accept the horrors of life we can then transcend them and see that everything working together both positive and negative creates something beautiful. What people call evil is nothing more than the veil of our ignorance. There are no actual problems, everything is perfect as it is but our perception is obscured by our egotism. Giving up ego and surrendering to love clears perception and we begin to see reality for what it truly is.
If you find these two referenced books a bit hard to understand, I suggest you binge watch all of Han's videos and go from there. He has a treasure trove of easy to understand and eye-opening videos. These will definitely help you start creating Order in your life.

While I’ve never undergone the cosmic consciousness experience personally, I came across Bucke’s book when I was 21 and searching, as most of us do, especially at that age. To this day, I strongly believe that its revelations are true and represent the true nature of reality. I read all the writers Bucke cites in his book, Whitman, of course, being the prime candidate. To this day, Whitman is the most important writer/poet/guide in my life as his works patently demonstrate that they are written under the influence, so to speak, of cosmic consciousness. There are literally hundreds of his lines that give me goosebumps and often bring me to uncontrollable tears - in a good way! Shiva may be said to be the silent witness, the pure awareness that never moves, and is pure bliss and peace which is finally realized when the mind is still. That which is aware of the activity and qualities of the creation. The emphasis on observable or experienceable qualities is only half the divine nature. What good are the listing the qualities of God and creation without recognizing that there must be "something" to witness it for it to exist? Using your videos as a metaphor, could the images you draw exist without a pure, white background for them to be drawn on? That is the witness. Without awareness (shiva) of the images and words, the images and words (shakti) could not exist.
I agree with all of this, Hans. But I'm sick and tired of reading about cremation being a road to Hell. Who decides? My brother, very dear to me was cremated. So was my mother. does this mean both went to Hell?
He never said that such people goes to Hell. He just kindly explained that in certain cases cremation can cause temporary suffering to the soul while cremation is going on, so that people should be more careful about it.
