My life has changed so much when I started meditating. My thoughts are quiet all day, my mind is clear I don't worry about anything at all. There is this inner peace inside me saying everything is just where it has to be, you are doing just right.

Not to take away from what the people in the documentary said but I found in my experience that when trying to manifest my dream I found that trying to "act as if I it already happened" felt fake. This presented a major barrier with which I struggled until I had heard a phrase in a song: "I believe that all I dream of is close". This resonated and I found I could make myself feel that this dream is on its way to me, and is not far from reaching me. What followed was a pretty swift change and the dream manifested not too long after. Just mentioning it in case it helps someone.
Yes! That really does help. Because imagining that I had what I already wanted was causing me to buy things I didn't need or spend when it was not right. Believing I was rich when I wasn't sure wasn't the right path for me.

I watched this documentary with great interest. What struck me the most was the fact that everything mentioned and included in this documentary is the core message of the Indian Vedanta and Upanishads, but the documentary, however, never, not even once, refers to Vedanta and Upanishads. So, what you talk about here is nothing new; it is in fact at least five thousand years old. Science has only recently begun to understand what the Vedanta says: that everything we see around us, even the entire universe is a manifestation of Consciousness, and that Consciousness is one: there aren't many different consciousness. A man is said to be enlightened when he experiences that what is within him is also what is found outside of him, that his consciousness or awareness is one with the Universal consciousness. This is what yogis experience and realize through the strenuous practice of deep meditation. Sadguru explains enlightenment as: When your physical boundary expands to include everything in the universe, and you experience that your consciousness is no different from the universal consciousness, and you experience this unity, you are said to be enlightened. I can say that your calmness does reflect in your writing as well. To answer your question, I believe I am still on the journey. It is often hard for me to recognise whether I am on the right path or not. I try to keep myself away from my thoughts. I try to remain ‘awake’ and stop myself from indulging in too much thinking process. I recognised, as mentioned by yourself as well, that this whole world is infact a theatre where we all are playing a role given to us. I also learnt this over time that there absolutely nothing in my control. All my victories, my defeats, my accomplishments, my failures everything….absolutely nothing in my control. I also understood that no matter what, I cannot do anything against the plan of this universe. I been through some tough times in my life and came out of those times by ‘letting go’. Letting go of my ego is the hardest task which is still a work in progress. Once again I thank you for your sharing your stage of awakening with me. I learnt a lot from you. Regards

Beautiful, but when on the receiving end of constant harassment, gas lighting, sabotage because one chose to put an innocent child before the selfishness of one who lives to drink and do drugs, one that abuses others without conscience and you are rewarded by vengeance, hatred and gaslighting when you exercised free will to have peace for the first time in your life and due to ego and an inability to take responsibility for their actions they project their wrong doings onto you and justify the torment is pure evil! Nothing I could have ever imagined so I never manifested it, never knew the depth psychopaths will go to and now I do!

I was once a proud atheist not thinking to highly of those who followed any religion because much of what was professed by all individual ones seemed absurd i.e... Why wouldn't omnipotent use the omnipotent "clapper" instead of an ark? For that matter if omniscient why bother in the first place? Created an enemy on purpose doesn't quite fit either? I always said despite my disbelief that God had a standing invitation for coffee because I couldn't imagine better company or a more interesting conversation and I certainly had questions. Don't get me wrong, it isn't that I didn't want there to be unconditional love watching out for me... My second grade Sunday school teacher told the class that if a baby was born and died before being baptized it was going to hell. Lets not forget "all" the belief systems in the world when there can only be "one" absolute truth and why wouldn't God want to be known? … and then! :*) Soon :)=)

I used to have an affirmation "i"m confident " literally everyday of 2019, I would wake up and repeat it 10 times. The year of 2020 has been amazing I know now that confidence is simply not having social anxiety and negative thoughts. I move different, I am confident people tell me im kind, life is so much better i workout and study hard at school its crazy honestly.
Those who seek true enlightenment do not seek to want. They seek to be and accept and cherish that which comes their way. What we really seek is peace but we also understand the chaos of science and nature. All in our own way and all as one.

Wow. There is just so much in this one documentary that resonated with me, I don't know where to begin. From "...intuition is a whisper..." to "every choice we make is a quantum leap" - so profound and yet so simple. Once, I watched a NDE where the person said something like awareness is a simple shift in perspective. It's too uncomfortable it's too scary and I would argue that that's where the hot stuff is " 2 years ago I had Psilocybin mushrooms and that experience threw me into the deep end where the " hot stuff " is. Those shrooms took me to a really scary place, it was the most terrifying and yet the most beautiful experience I have ever had. I struggle to articulate the experience into words but it was like my sense of "self" disappeared and for the first time in my life I was able to view what is, in a different light. my perspective changed that day and my outlook has never been the same since, It's one of those " once you see it, you can't unsee it " type of things. Since that day, I've been learning more and more about the mind, consciousness, existence, reality etc. From Neville Goddard, Alan Watts to Krishnamurti to gurus, monks, psychedelic teachers and so on, I've been learning from them all. everything I saw, felt and experienced on shrooms is connected to it all. It's all connected. Frequency, energy and vibrations. There is so much to discover. A few years ago I used to work in Milan city centre in Italy. I had to commute to work every day so I knew the station very well, I knew where and what everything was, including graffiti and a particularly offensive phrase against someone named Lucifer. After I started doing kundalini yoga and meditation, I learned to keep meditating also during the train trip and keep completely calm. Suddenly, I became aware that all people were peaceful, there was a beautiful sunny light and green plants everywhere. The pillar were I had seen the offensive phrase against Lucifer was no longer there, I had entered a new dimension. Today, I understand that reality is a projection of what we feel and believe. The best way to live is by being present without thinking which is incredibly difficult but doable: that's enlightenment, when you are no longer a slave to your thoughts. 💖🤗😁

If you find Jesus you found everything❤. He makes everything clear for you. Read the word and listen when He speaks to you. We were created by Him so He placed these enlightenment in us to explore.
Share your Awakening by shining your vibrancy while you tackle everyday life & interactions with others. In the coming decades, when you feel low and want to give up on your journey, remember this, "quiet the mind" because what your looking for to solve anything is already inside you. Listen to the you inside and you will hear (feel) the answer. P.S. "Debating" your new found awareness to another that is still asleep is a fruitless endeavor. Let them go. Keep shining to others by your intentions & actions.

The most profound thing said in this entire Documentary ( 4mins in) is THAT NOBODY WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, for their own Life. What's profound, is the fact that I know a psychologist who told me the exact message about a year ago. Great video Anthony!

This documentary is great! It touches on scientists studying the esoteric phenomena and how it is perceived, how reality is interpreted and to change that reality or create a different one. Although it does not make reference to Buddhism or the practice of Yoga, one of it speakers recognizes the immense benefits of meditation and how it helps to achieve mindfulness, peace and enlightenment! I do not agree with Mr. Dean from the Noetic Institute in that not trying to change the status quo of situations that might be oppressive, involuntarily being held in a place we don't wish to be or hold on to a situation that is not positive for our growth as adults could not be challenged. Countries change their status quo constantly trying to improve the patterns and organization of their societies.
The kingdom of God is within us, existence is in the center of our core if we tap into it, then we become one with the universe and collective consciousness.

Gratitude and Blessings Anthony and all who contributed to this pure creation of magic✨ My first desire is to share with ALL, my intuitive feelings then move in to express “when they are ready, give them this gift.” Just as this gift found me, when I was ready. This documentary danced elegantly with my paintbrush while practicing an intricate mandala... I am in the flow.
When I achieved a temporary enlightened state when I was 15, the big realization I had was, when you experience it, life, life as you have previously known and understood it, in all it's totality, when you come to this experience, the ultimate truth reveals itself to you, you know then and there that life as you had seen it previously, you come to the fantastic realization that everything becomes moot as the new reality unfolds, and what unfolds is a timeless state. LIfe as you understood it prior to the moment becomes a moot point. MOOT is the correct word. See, people say, why would I want that? Eternal bliss? So, after a few years of eternal bliss, you get tired of it, eh? See? No, because there is NO time , and time is moot, so there can't be any accumulation of baggage. You are free. YOu float into this fantastic jewel of a thing, that isn't like anything you could ever conceive of, because there is no time, and the mind cannot conceive of it, you only see it when the mind falls away, like a dead leaf from a tree, like a dark cloud being cleared away from your soul. In Zen, they say enlightenment comes in increments, like how the tide tickles your toes at the waters ebb, with the big wave to come off in the distance. Enlightenment teases you, but you are getting close. In zen, temporal insights to enlightenment are called 'satori'. So, I guess that is what happened. I've been trying to retrieve that experience I had as a child for the last 55 years. I have had it happen more than once, getting stronger each time. I feel like I will achieve it before I die. You have desires, your desires keep you in this world, but with meditation, you don't try and kill desire, it transforms, gradually, ever so gradually, you use the energy of desire to transform you, to lift you to higher consciousness. Anyway, THat is my goal. LIsten to enlightened beings Ramana Maharshi, Lao Tsu, Osho Rajneesh, Sadhguru ( who is still alive )

I have been on spiritual awakening in the last 12 months and I am so grateful. I believe there is a mass awakening going on right now and it is no coincidence. We are coming out of this matrix.

To answer your question, I believe I am still on the journey. It is often hard for me to recognise whether I am on the right path or not. I try to keep myself away from my thoughts. I try to remain ‘awake’ and stop myself from indulging in too much thinking process. I recognised, as mentioned by yourself as well, that this whole world is infact a theatre where we all are playing a role given to us. I also learnt this over time that there absolutely nothing in my control. All my victories, my defeats, my accomplishments, my failures everything….absolutely nothing in my control. I also understood that no matter what, I cannot do anything against the plan of this universe.
I been through some tough times in my life and came out of those times by ‘letting go’. Letting go of my ego is the hardest task which is still a work in progress.
Once again I thank you for your sharing your stage of awakening with me. I learnt a lot from you.

I was once a proud atheist not thinking to highly of those who followed any religion because much of what was professed by all individual ones seemed absurd i.e... Why wouldn't omnipotent use the omnipotent "clapper" instead of an ark? For that matter if omniscient why bother in the first place? Created an enemy on purpose doesn't quite fit either?
I always said despite my disbelief that God had a standing invitation for coffee because I couldn't imagine better company or a more interesting conversation and I certainly had questions. Don't get me wrong, it isn't that I didn't want there to be unconditional love watching out for me...
My second grade Sunday school teacher told the class that if a baby was born and died before being baptized it was going to hell. Lets not forget "all" the belief systems in the world when there can only be "one" absolute truth and why wouldn't God want to be known? … and then! :*)

I used to have an affirmation "i"m confident " literally everyday of 2019, I would wake up and repeat it 10 times. The year of 2020 has been amazing I know now that confidence is simply not having social anxiety and negative thoughts. I move different, I am confident people tell me im kind, life is so much better i workout and study hard at school its crazy honestly.

Wow. There is just so much in this one documentary that resonated with me, I don't know where to begin. From "...intuition is a whisper..." to "every choice we make is a quantum leap" - so profound and yet so simple. 2 years ago I had Psilocybin mushrooms and that experience threw me into the deep end where the " hot stuff " is. Those shrooms took me to a really scary place, it was the most terrifying and yet the most beautiful experience I have ever had. I struggle to articulate the experience into words but it was like my sense of "self" disappeared and for the first time in my life I was able to view what is, in a different light. my perspective changed that day and my outlook has never been the same since, It's one of those " once you see it, you can't unsee it " type of things. Since that day, I've been learning more and more about the mind, consciousness, existence, reality etc. From Neville Goddard, Alan Watts to Krishnamurti to gurus, monks, psychedelic teachers and so on, I've been learning from them all. everything I saw, felt and experienced on shrooms is connected to it all. It's all connected. Frequency, energy and vibrations.

There is so much to discover.
A few years ago I used to work in Milan city centre in Italy. I had to commute to work every day so I knew the station very well, I knew where and what everything was, including graffiti and a particularly offensive phrase against someone named Lucifer. After I started doing kundalini yoga and meditation, I learned to keep meditating also during the train trip and keep completely calm. Suddenly, I became aware that all people were peaceful, there was a beautiful sunny light and green plants everywhere. The pillar were I had seen the offensive phrase against Lucifer was no longer there, I had entered a new dimension. Today, I understand that reality is a projection of what we feel and believe. The best way to live is by being present without thinking which is incredibly difficult but doable: that's enlightenment, when you are no longer a slave to your thoughts.

This documentary is great!
It touches on scientists studying the esoteric phenomena and how it is perceived, how reality is interpreted and to change that reality or create a different one. Although it does not make reference to Buddhism or the practice of Yoga, one of it speakers recognizes the immense benefits of meditation and how it helps to achieve mindfulness, peace and enlightenment!
I do not agree with Mr. Dean from the Noetic Institute in that not trying to change the status quo of situations that might be oppressive, involuntarily being held in a place we don't wish to be or hold on to a situation that is not positive for our growth as adults could not be challenged. Countries change their status quo constantly trying to improve the patterns and organization of their societies.
The kingdom of God is within us, existence is in the center of our core if we tap into it, then we become one with the universe and collective consciousness.

When I achieved a temporary enlightened state when I was 15, the big realization I had was, when you experience it, life, life as you have previously known and understood it, in all it's totality, when you come to this experience, the ultimate truth reveals itself to you, you know then and there that life as you had seen it previously, you come to the fantastic realization that everything becomes moot as the new reality unfolds, and what unfolds is a timeless state. LIfe as you understood it prior to the moment becomes a moot point. MOOT is the correct word. See, people say, why would I want that? Eternal bliss? So, after a few years of eternal bliss, you get tired of it, eh? See? No, because there is NO time , and time is moot, so there can't be any accumulation of baggage. You are free. YOu float into this fantastic jewel of a thing, that isn't like anything you could ever conceive of, because there is no time, and the mind cannot conceive of it, you only see it when the mind falls away, like a dead leaf from a tree, like a dark cloud being cleared away from your soul. In Zen, they say enlightenment comes in increments, like how the tide tickles your toes at the waters ebb, with the big wave to come off in the distance. Enlightenment teases you, but you are getting close. In zen, temporal insights to enlightenment are called 'satori'. So, I guess that is what happened. I've been trying to retrieve that experience I had as a child for the last 55 years. I have had it happen more than once, getting stronger each time. I feel like I will achieve it before I die. You have desires, your desires keep you in this world, but with meditation, you don't try and kill desire, it transforms, gradually, ever so gradually, you use the energy of desire to transform you, to lift you to higher consciousness.
