They don’t browse my spruce but they rub them when they get 4-5’ . Especially back in hardwoods where they’re the only softwoods
That is definitely a risk factor. I like to do around 50/acre in bedding areas to get some to maturity. I'll add more into this bedding area next year

What do you spray your thistle with gly?
Guess I should watch through first, but I like to ask as the videos go so I don’t forget the things . Sorry for the multiple posts.
Anyone that uploads youtube videos appreciates when folks comment :) Stinger is your best bet to smoke thistles.
I’m in Central MN. Might be the best year I’ve experienced to move volunteer spruce. Appreciate the content.
