Thank you for bringing this up. You are absolutely right! Black teas are fully oxidized and oolong teas vary from lightly to heavily oxidized. Pu-erh teas and other Hei Cha are fermented teas. It's quite common to use the terms "oxidation" and "fermentation" interchangeably, however, these two processes are not the same.

Very beautiful video. I've tried sencha once in my life and i still cannot forget the taste. Japanese teas are truly unique.
