Our age is busy, rushed, overworked and dealing with recurring burn out. Rest is a welcomed antidote but very difficult to create. In this episode Jen talks with Stephanie Snow and Caitlin Carpenter about God’s provision for our rest in commanding the Sabbath. They explore how Sabbath rest is more than an invitation to do nothing for 24 hours but rather a chance to experience satisfaction and enjoyment with Jesus.
