SO IMPRESSIVE AND WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS, MAESTRO!!!!! Thank you for my favourite Chopin's masterpiece and for an excellent great performance, of course, I've added your video to my public playlists called "My Favourite Classical Music" and "Mr.Grzegorz Niemczuk", again my best regards, have a nice relaxing weekend. Joanna
Mr. Greg You are wise and graceful. I've been watching and listening over and over again. It is a performance that conveys the rhythmic and melancholy of the Mazuruka-style Rondo. thank you.
@@gregniemczuk Thank you for telling me There is. The Mazurka style Rondo was another Rondo. Embarrassing ...😰 Why do orchestras and singers hear different sounds than the piano hidden in the piano? From Mr. Greg's piano, you can hear the swell, which can only be called a genius, at a wonderful timing. Bravo Greg!
Nie znałam tego utworu, nikt go na konkursach nie grał a szkoda. Pięknie wykonany a jak go Pan nazwał serce utworu przepiękne , porywające... dziękuję...
Wow. Ileż w tym prawdy i duszy i opowieści. Cudo! Jeśli pianista jest autentyczny jako osoba bez wątpienia i jego interpretacje są właśnie takie. Gratuluję. Z pozdrowieniami z Polski p. Grzegorzu
Beautiful. Thanks for posting. One thought: that was one of the brightest sounding Steinway grands I've ever heard. Do you agree? If I hadn't seen the logo on the side or inside the piano, I would have guessed you were playing a Bechstein.
Yes. But it's also because the microphone was a bit too close from the piano. That's also a reason. In reality it was one of better pianos that I've played, at least in Norway
@@gregniemczuk I noticed that after I sent my comment. It sounded fantastic, even with the microphone close. Just was un-Steinway like to my ear. I must say, though, the Kawai in your videos is excellent.
Great great performance 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Minute 5:54 you play the scales with both hands right?? Dmitri plays that part with the left hand only 🙄 but I'll go for the 2 hands scale like you. I'll ask the Chopin Institute tomorrow morning when they are live streaming . ty for this moment 💗 bravoooooo
@@gregniemczuk thank you so very much, I know, I have the Polish edition and Chopin was very clear, left, right, left right, you did it beautifully , congrats
@@elsaesteves yes! And what's more think that he didn't want that to be played evenly. Slight accents on beginnings of each hand seem to be what he wanted looking at his phrasing there.
@@gregniemczuk yes yes, I notice every tiny , microscopic phrasing of Chopin's pieces, that Rondó is a masterpiece, he was a child, so no 'bad habits or mundane behaviors', that piece is PRISTINE... is Chopin's essence, unfortunately people do not understand Chopin, and that makes me very very angry. 2 ,5h hours ago the Chopin Institute streamed live from Chopin's house, they do it every Sunday morning, and I asked that, about the Rondó, people are so ignorant, their chat is about what they are doing, and their travelling, americans whoelse?!! So I told them to shut up and RESPECT the Pianist, those live chat moderators should put and end to that useless chit chat , who cares about what they are doing?? It's sad, a live stream from Chopin's house and people, older people, didn't even know what Rondó I was talking about...Poland should have someone there as a moderator that understands about Chopin's music...at least. I love CHOPIN since I was born, Chopin is the Universe's gift to Mankind, I can tell what he is saying in every piece he wrote, note by note
@@elsaesteves such beautiful words!!! This Rondo is one of my favorite piece of Chopin. I'm playing it a lot now. In October in Japan. I agree with you 100%
This Rondo from F. Chopin is full of Joy and Happiness. You play beautifully dear Greg. Thank you so much.
Panie Grzegorzu wspaniałe wykonanie. Jestem zachwycona lekkością, piękną artykulacją.Gratuluję🎼🎶🌹
Dziękuję! Uwielbiam grać ten utwór!
"Żegnaj Warszawo" zdaje się dobiegać bolesny ton. Przejmujące wspaniałe wykonanie! Dziękuję Maestro

Krakowiak-style!! It's a different Polish dance on 2/4
