Wow, very interesting! Having watched a lot of Moot Courts from Harvard and other top schools, I think these judges definitely went harder on these 4 then some of the other judges I’ve seen.
High quality moot. This and the Ames are the best I've seen, really. There are some experienced advocates who aren't half as cogent and eloquent as some of these top students. Is there an excuse for that? Do some professional advocates just have less time to thoroughly practice the one case?
