I’m 84 and have heard them all, from Ginger Rogers to Edith Piaf to Vera Lynn. Then Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Barbara Streisand, Dusty Springfield, Tammy Wynette, and Bonnie Tyler. Add Gloria Gaynor, Connie Francis, Laura Branigan, Linda Ronstadt, Rita Coolidge, Celine, Mariah, and Whitney and you have the lineup of the greats right up to Adele and Susan Boyle. But, Jennifer Rush has the all-around best female voice I have ever heard. Her operatic training adds an unmatched vibrato containing depth and texture. And she sings everything: opera, pop, rock, and ballads in English, Spanish, German, and Hungarian. She has written or co-written the lyrics and music for many of her songs, done duets with Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras, Elton John and Brian May-sorry-Sir Brian May, and performed live all over the world-but not in America, except in March and April 1986 on the Carson show and the Dick Clark Show; that’s it.

She is and always be a generational talent she wrote almost all her songs and her dancing and singing are things that melt the heart, I just wished she had been bigger here as she was around the world, the words of her songs touch to the core of any heart and her looks and songs will make you fall in Love , even to this day 9/5/2020 my heart and feeling when I listen to the words she sings and watch her dance with emotion it's so easy to fall in Love ...

Most Underrated Singer EVER.......Just in case You don't Know, besides recording & Singing "Power of Love" first, long before any of the others, Jenny was also One of the SongWriters of the Song "Power of Love".....So please stop Crediting Celine Dion ...Give Credit where Credit is Due.....The Greatest Songwriter and singer of all time
She did not only sing and record it first, she co-wrote (with two German writers) the song, so it’s truly the original, she „owns“ that song!

It is obvious that she gained weight here and her face have totally changed (if we go back from the past) though her voice is still powerful as ever and captivating as always her music indeed brought us so much joy in our heart..
It was not her gaining weight at that time! She was pregnant then, her daughter was born in 1993. Sometimes the best comment is the one that hadn’t been written.
