At the intersection of Alt 72, that’s where you’ll find momma jean’s. I’ve been to FAME studios in muscle shoals, I have the documentary of the Muscle Shoals sound on DVD in my library. DVD is sold at FAME.
Either the Florence/Sheffield/Muscle Shoals area is behind in infrastructure, or these towns are the pacesetters! You didn’t have to wait long for traffic lights, you drove close to the speed limit except for places under construction, and you never had that much traffic. Washington, DC, canceled most of its inner city freeways and to this day depends on boulevards like Woodward Avenue in Muscle Shoals to move its traffic through town - same with San Francisco! Then there are all the remarkable people from this area that make it special.
This was a Monday afternoon, so you’re right about the traffic. Realize though that we edit out the stops at lights. Sometimes it’s pretty seamless but if you pay close attention, you’ll see cars magically vanish from in front of us!
@@504RoadTrips- I have enjoyed the vanishing cars and trucks in your videos. I think the world is waiting with eager breath for you to accomplish the same thing in real life!
Muscle Shoals also gets a shoutout from Lynyrd Skynyrd in their all time classic Sweet Home Alabama
Muscle Shoals has got the swampers.
Graft drive! Have you ever stopped at Buc-ee's?
Those are nice towns to visit
