You don’t know what you don’t know. Many people don’t even know they have a dryer vent, or that it needs cleaning! Also, you can’t see the lint packing up since it’s all behind the wall. Unlike carpet cleaning, or power washing were that same stain will bother you daily with duct cleaning you don’t see how bad and nasty it’s getting!
