Seaham beach is definitely my number one seaglas beach. I've picked up just as chunky pieces there, even a huge cobalt round one,and then you have the unique,100 year old multis on top of that, with their old ,and wonderful history ,nothing better than that ♡☆♡☆
Definitely agree seaham is also good for big chunks but much more plentiful on the beaches to the south of seaham and way less crowded. No good for multis though. Also just wanted to let you know the multis are more modern than you think. At most around 50/60 years old. They are not from the old seaham works.
Goodness gracious! WOW! Incredible finds! I also didn't know that about cobalt glass, and it explains so much. Have a wonderful time in Spain! Looking forward to what you find there.
I can’t pick a favorite! You found so many amazing pieces!!! The Cod marble (congratulations on your first marble!!!!), the cobalt blues, the stopper stems, and those huge bubbles- they were all my favorites! Love Bear!!!! How bad are the steps? If hubby and I ever get over to the UK, this beach would have to be on our list! Thanks for taking us along! Take care! 🙏❤️
It was SUCH a good haul! The steps are ridiculously steep and there are soooo many! I had little breaks on the way up- but it’s 10000% worth it. The glass is amazing so yes deffo recommend you put it on your travel list!
Hi I look forward to seeing what you bring back from Spain, the opalescent glass you found was gorgeous your mum is a lucky lady😊 I love the Amber glass and the brown so many different shades wouldn't it be cool to get loads of different shades in small pieces and make a charm bracelet from them 😁😍.enjoy your holiday and bring home lots of treasure 😘
The large piece you asked advice on. Shine a light underneath in a dark place, and it will glow. Found a bigger one other month. 😊 cannot remember what you call it 😮
* Those Mermaid's Tears (Aqua) were Awesome.. So many large one made it Amazing.. The opalescent piece would make a really nice Ring.. Do you collect Agates as well?? At the 7:06 mark touching your thumb joint is a piece of caramel colored chalcedony glowing.. Sadly you didn't find any milk glass in a soft aqua or green.. Love your infectious joy when you spot a "nice chunky one".. Keep finding!!
I know the opalescence is caused by cooling the glass a certain way so it could be waste from that but my bits have the same surface texture of bonfire 🔥
Enjoyed video and found it interesting and exciting, wish i lived in uk so i could meet you have pinic and hunt for some sea glass ...atleast im glad i can live vicariously thru your adventures, maybe if i won the lottery and i could do a to do a love bucket list...this would be in my top ten things to do...just a strange question have you ever gone amber hunting near the baltic sea?? Thats on my lottery win love bucket list ..derwent pencil company tour is on my list also..can you explain why a marble shape is rare???. Pink or double color would be my favorite if i was able to go sea glass hunting...mikelle art mo 👩🎨🎨✍
Aw the UK is very special indeed for sea glass! Glad you’re enjoying the videos! Marbles are just quite trick to come by - not sure why. This is my first one so I’m very excited about it and hopefully it’s started a marble streak and I’ll find more!
Beautiful sea glass and those drone shots are incredible.
Your doggy is beautiful!!!that
a lot of beutiful glass, and I can see a lot of stones too, I make stonepictures so I should have been at a beach like this one. Nice tour in the sun.
Yes the stones there are gorgeous! I’m currently in Spain though and the quartz here is like ready made pendants!

Cobalt blue and opalescent are my favorite
The opalescent is pretty amazing! Never found cobalts this big though!

Another great video. The beaches south of seaham are miles better for glass so long as ya not wanting multis.
I really enjoyed! Can’t wait to come back
I like the fossil at 26:45. I love the amber glass especially when it glows.
Me too it’s very underrated!

That’s an amazing idea! I’ll have to do one and make a video from it! ☺️
I love the small pieces. I wrap them in wire and make charm bracelets out of them.
That’s a clever idea!

I will try it as soon as I get home from Spain ☺️

Hi Leslye! Yes I do collect agates - they’re very beautiful! Gutted I missed that one but nevermind ☺️ well spotted! Glad you enjoy the videos ❤️
15 mins dude, I’ve a few bits… not that big!😂 I THINK it’s bonfire opalescent glass 🤷♀️🤘

New sub love the sea glass
Welcome Catherine! ☺️
How much pink or red sea glass do you find?
Not a lot! Found a couple of pink Multis so far. Keeping my eyes peeled for a red!
10:22 you miss the deep yellow stone😢
Nooooo 😫
What do you do with all
Windchimes, frames, jewellery- so much! I’m going to start uploading more videos on the craft side ☺️
Congrats on the cod marble!
I was over the moon!
