as someone with a decent amount of hours in the game i would definitely say it doesn't really help as geometry dash is more just a platformer than a rhythm game, while yes rhythm can definitely help with some levels, some just don't have a proper sense of rhythm, and the amount of levels where a background with rhythm games helps is incredibly small and on higher levels of the game pretty much non-existent except for maybe some challenge type levels very cool video tho, definitely worth a sub
