Red reboot is just one of those cards to where if it's at one it just feels like a sacky blowout card and if it's at 2 or 3 it just shuts down an entire card type Plus Konami has been banning all the trap floodgates( except skill drain and archetype specific ) that Justified this cards existence If I were to errata the card I would get rid of the Jinzo effect and replace it with the ability to banish itself from the graveyard to negate the effects of one trap card on the field
As a labrynth player im genuinely asking why? I mean i know playing against lot of trap its annoying but there are a lot of more annoying deck to deal also if you drop 1 or 2 handtrap in the right spot lab just stop to play
Soul charge errata would be easy locked out of the extra deck and the monsters have to be different names and levels.
maybe if the lock was also before activation of soul charge

hot take: delinquent duo isnt even that broken, there could be metas where its actually unplayably bad, like tear or dark world

For card of safe return I think hard thrice per turn would be good, for lore reasons.
