Ok but Zooey (Shadow High) repping the logo and brand of this series brought back so many memories. Of the “No, honey, they’re too expensive.” debate I constantly had with my parents that is. Still wanted them badly for a bit though, even if I didn’t get them.
My mom, my sister, and I saw the Novi Stars commercials on TV many years ago. My mom think the Novi Stars theme song is a bit catchy. My sister didn't really get captivated by it but she appreciated MGA's effort. For me, I always thought that the concept was interesting (just like MGA's Lalaloopsy). Furthermore, the visuals and the soundtrack are cool and have this very nostalgic feeling to them.
Was never really a doll person, but these were def released before their time. I remember replaying the commercials because they soundtracks were literally just a bop
I didn't get them since I wasn't too into the futuristic style, and from what I remember most of them weren't all that articulated but I still found them pretty interesting.
Awww I miss these so much!! I had these dolls when I was young but had to get rid of them but I still love them!! They were just so cute and colorful and they’re really special to me because they later inspired me to make my own alien race ocs with pastel skin colors!! It’s such a shame they got discontinued 😭. I remember as a kid I was thirsting over the monster high dolls because they were very articulate, which was certainly unique among dolls at the time and seemed like fun. After embedding the idea that articulation points are the king and MH are the best accessible dolls you can get everything else that didn't have that feature fell behind. These would probably look really interesting re-released

I never owned Novi Stars but I did see the commercials of it when I’m home from back surgery. I didn’t understand about them at first but the commercials caught my attention and the song is so catchy. I really love fashion dolls since I was younger like Barbie and Bratz. I never owned Monster High dolls.. I never got into them even though I loved the songs. It’s really sad MGA discontinued them early, I really in loved with their designs and I wish they returned. I’m determined to look for a cheaper price to buy them cause they’re so expensive on eBay and Mercari and I want to ask my mom to buy them but she doesn’t like if something costs a lot of money

My sister also had the Allie Letric, Ari Roma, and Nita Lite dolls, they were cool! Pretty underrated doll line in my opinion
