Sometimes the raw idea is dope. The artist knows THEY haven't finished it, but it's all art. Some prefer more, others prefer less, some prefer authenticity and some prefer a full package. There's no right or wrong. I love hearing demo tapes personally

By the time the album comes out, 1/3 or even 1/2 the songs were already released as singles, and you’ve heard most of the others as snippets. You sit down to listen to the new album and it doesn’t even feel new. We gotta bring back just dropping an album without the promo shit
