Trey doesn't need his dad. He needs therapy. He needs to accept he's the only one fighting for that relationship, let it go, heal from it and push forward
Thank you! As someone who has not had their dad since 4 but knows who he is and knows he has another family. I feel nothing towards him and would never want to force him in my life since I am way too old now.
Know he needs to accept the fact that his dad is his dad stop competing and understand simply when you crying to your dad know what ya crying about.... And.... Know time management....if eye ain't in the mood to hear crying then don't be crying boi
@@phip7828 and this is precisely why the original comment is telling him to move on. Just like you said “if I’m not in the mood to hear crying… don’t be crying”. His father isn’t making space for trey and his feelings to exist because he “doesn’t want to hear it”. Therefor, Trey should process that and let go of a relationship that is keeping him stagnant.
I’m so irritated that Robert is being so mean this season. He used to be the chill guy in the room but now he’s the giggling villain who talks with his hands.
Shouts out to DeAndre for participating & the cast for not holding onto the past & just being caught up in the moment, Chasing is proof you can enjoy reality shows without constant drama..
Shows like these are what Zeus needs! Great content with just a touch of drama that doesn't focus the whole season on making one fight last 15 episodes😅
Reality shows really underestimate how many of us enjoy watching the cast have fun over the drama. This episode was so enjoyable during the Keke crash course. Tough watching Trey go through his struggles connecting with his father. I know that struggle well and I do hope it gets better for him like it did for me. ❤️
Listen !!! 😂 tonight was good but the ball took the show had me in the living room screaming SHE WORKING THAT BIRKIN YUH ! 😂😂 This cast is tv gold I love the balance of drama and actual fun these other networks need to take notes ✍🏾👏🏾
I am typing "me too" wiping my durn face. I had to rewind because I had passed out from laughing. You're right- Jett has been a great sport all season.
Trey is an amazing young man and it would be an honor to call him “son”. He’s ambitious, compassionate, and the kind of man who leads by example. Trey’s efforts aren’t in vain and he’ll continue to be blessed for being everything his daddy is not.
Aside from the drama here and there, One thing that I love about this show is that everyone is really getting to the bag!! This was such fun episode to watch!
In earlier episodes people kept telling Trey to give his dad grace and be the bigger person “because that’s your dad” and look how his dad continues to treat him when he makes an effort. I hope moving forward they keep their wayward advice to themselves.
Trey needs to come to the realization that his dad can't teach him how to really be a man if he never learned how to be one himself. His inactivity and absence in your life and how it has made you feel has taught you what not to do when and if you decide to start a family. That's all you need to learn from him. I pray that he gets the healing he needs from this.
Robert always says he doesn't care about Dior or what he got going on but he speaks on him in every scene. He says they have no issue but everytime he talks to others about him. He says theirs an issue. SMH he isn't likeable this season and that's sad to see.
This was amazing, fun episode. Dallas is really bringing it this season! When KeKe had to turn into a teacher because they wasn’t listening was a ki! 😂
OMG!!! The ending of this episode was EVERYTHING! It was simply so AWESOME to see the castmates simply embracing an artform outside of their norms, yet have so much fun & collaborative creativity with it! BIG S/O TO #HouseofBirkin & #HouseofMurakami! #LOVEDIT! THANKS KEEKEE! A breath of fresh air!
The ball was hilarious!! Everybody did great it was a Kiiiiiii 😂🤣😂🤣 Teddlie was NOT losing that category lol 😂🤣 the death drop cleared me 😂 Roberts commentary at the ennnndd!😩🤣🤣😂😂😂
Me too lmao the first time I heard the theme song I was fxckn it up in my living room. I even play it in my car it’s a vibe lmao I be twerkin everywhere 😂 Barbie Bank Rose just got a fan she killed that song.
1st of all, this episode put a smile on my face I really needed with the Keke. I love seeing ppl let loose and really have fun. 2nd Trey baby it's easyfor everyone to say let it go and move on. I honestly grew up in the way you have. No father, mom hated me and threw me out at 14 cause her having a baby didn't grant her financial freedom. I fought to figure out life. What do I do. Educated myself, got grants off my grades, became a tad successful n moved away. I swore I'd never look back. But my mom had a baby , and my dad was sick. I chose to be there for them the way I needed them to be there for me. Doesn't mean it's going to bring y'all together hunni. You put your work in. You can relax knowing you've tried and given and kept trying. Get a therapist. Learn how to see yourself in your greatness without the validation you're looking for. I'm much older than you, and I'm still healing. Fight for you Trey. Shyt took me 23 years before I figured out I needed to change how I'm dealing with all the mess. Parenting non parents n supporting ppl who only are around with their hand out hurts cause you don't want to see it for that. You're not alone Trey. Focus on your solitary success.
I absolutely loved the KeKe ball scene!!!! This looked like genuine fun for the cast! 💕 I haven’t seen Boleggz since I was in Elm & Pearl but I definitely learned how to throw these cakes watching him
I thought I was the only one. He answered no questions during the interview and did not throw out any professional names as far as designers. Umm mmm chile
Trey… you’re not a victim. You don’t have to play that role, because you are who you are as a result. Respectfully, your father isn’t a man. His absence taught you more than his presence ever could. 🌱 Your growth was always inevitable.
Hey my name is James Lightfooot I did not have my fault either I'm 65years old the way your father is treating you you need to move on be the best you can be and don't worry about nobody but you and your love that you have in your life God got your back Amen!!!!
Omg I sooo agree..I ..I just can’t ..like got dam u watch to my love and hip hop ..camera quality green screens are so different and he holding on to this dior non existent mind your business beef .,BUT YET HE DONT CARE BUT STILL BRING IT UP
This was a really a good episode! I enjoyed all the girls and boys on this one! Keke did good! Trey I know it’s hard but everyone deserves redemption and forgiveness is a powerful thing, that’s for you! When I forgave and continued to live my life EVERYTHING wrong fell right into place! Which left me thinking why didn’t I forgive and fix me sooner! Time is of the essence! Be patient stay encouraged and do NOT give up on your father! Understanding is what we need in this situation from you and ur father and that’s what y’all need to give eachother forgiveness and understanding! Me and my father fixed it when I turned 31 and I living out loud and in truth these days and we closer now then ever before! I shook his ass by delivering a healed version of myself, and not to be outdone he fell right in line!
Robert had me laughing! it's good to see the different sides of him and basically him being him. Trey definitely needs to let go of trying to form a relationship with his father. The ball was a ball to watch. Okay Dre coming through acting like he's got sense this episode. Shawn is funny as hell. His clapbacks and commentary are very memorable. Lettuce not wait another couple of weeks for another episode though. I agree with someone else's comment to get this show on NowthatsTv it definitely deserves a bigger platform at this point!

Shout out to Keekee for hosting a fun event!
Right I enjoyed it 😊
Yeah it’s like an inside look at Ball Room
Yes! It was very entertaining & everybody was a good sport. Well...almost everybody. 😏
I think Robert is in love with Dior. Lots of pain and passion there.
It's giving very much unrequited love.
It’s gotta be something
Definitely 💯
They definitely bumped uglies before.
@@r3qwst71 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣not unrequited.
I’m so irritated that Robert is being so mean this season. He used to be the chill guy in the room but now he’s the giggling villain who talks with his hands.
As one of the only OG's, I feel like he thinks he needs to be controversial and mean girl-ish to hold that weight.
@@lonnylonso that’s exactly what I was thinking! He probably looked back and felt he was boring so he wanted to spruce it up.
😅💯
Seriously! KeKe’s Ki Ki Ball has been my favorite scene in all of Chasing Dallas. So much FUN! Lots of ENERGY!

Yup, it cringeworthy to watch. I actually wanna see them have fun.

Robert doing too much this season and I hate that because I really liked him last season
He's in love with Dior
Same here, he’s really not stating what the problem is

When i say i was screaming and laughing the whole ball 😂😂😂 i loved it
When Jet Jeff started dancing i cried laughing 😂😂😂 oMg that was so funnyyyyyy i love Jet though he’s a good sport

I like how Boleggs shut that conversation down.
I truly enjoyed this episode, they looked like they all enjoyed KeeKee's event, I laughed right along with them.
I did as well, so fun to watch 😂
Trey is an amazing young man and it would be an honor to call him “son”. He’s ambitious, compassionate, and the kind of man who leads by example. Trey’s efforts aren’t in vain and he’ll continue to be blessed for being everything his daddy is not.
Not to be funny albeit respectfully, you can adopt him. There is a such thing as adult adoption. Why don't you do that?
Jet Jeff remind me of Chi-Chi on To Wong Foo he cute and brings a good diverse addition to the show 😂
That is such a great comparison! He is definitely giving ChiChi and I live 😂😂
Yesss he’s so funnn.
We 6 episodes in and Robert have been pressed like a panini since episode 1 😮💨 He need to let that hurt go 😒

Aside from the drama here and there, One thing that I love about this show is that everyone is really getting to the bag!! This was such fun episode to watch!
Unlike Atlanta
Why does Robert always look like he gonna smack tf out the camera in his confessionals 😂
Sending love to Trey. I know how it feels to not have either parent and feel abandoned and unsupported. He’s doing great in his life against all odds.
😟 same. Sending love and supportive energy to both of you ❤️

I like how Robert's Mama cut tht sht off at the gate. I love all y'all & I aint in tht sht.

Dior been putting glue on ol girl head for about 7 minutes…. That hair not going anywhere

This has been my fav episode so far! The drama within the group was at a minimum and everyone seemed to have fun at the ball.
I think Robert has or had a thing for Dior
Shoot we all got a thing for dior gay or not. He is beautiful
In earlier episodes people kept telling Trey to give his dad grace and be the bigger person “because that’s your dad” and look how his dad continues to treat him when he makes an effort. I hope moving forward they keep their wayward advice to themselves.
The KeKe Ball was cute!! That was refreshing to watch.
This was a nice episode. Everyone working together. No drama. And they seem to he having a lot of fun. It's hard to be angry when you're laughing.
Yessssss Keke. You gave the best event of all the franchise. It was fun to watch.
