Quick explanation for the peeps: This is based upon the Munich Olympic massacre in 1972, where Palestinian terrorists captured Israel athletes as hostages. (there's more detail into this, but this is just a quick summary). The joke is how Hanna-Barbera productions, an animated studio company known for making shows like Scooby Doo, Flintstones, Smurfs, etc., had a television show called Laff-A-Lympics, where characters from the studio competed in the olympics, so the punch line is it ties both the Munich Olympic Massacre and the Laff-A-Lympics show together, thus giving the name: Laff-A-Munich.
Oh won really that make this skit even more dark
This is also a parody of Munich, the Steven Spielberg film based on said events.

It's sad when satires of Shaggy and Scooby are closer to the original Shaggy and Scooby than Warner Brother's current botched animated movie attempts. Even worse when they have the same actor playing Shaggy in both situations, yet he sounds more credible when he's making fun of himself. What the hell, Warner Brothers?

Giordan Diodato If they expanded on the characters, it'd be one thing. I wish I could like the new Scooby Doo DTV movies, I was so ready to love Mystery Incorporated. But the new movies don't take any risks like Zombie Island, and Mystery Incorporated never fully utilized its vast potential. Even A Pup Named Scooby Doo took advantage of the presence of parents to expand on the Gang's backstories and why these four kids and a talking dog hunt down monsters just to run away from them 90% of the time.

Laff-a-Lympics went through a lot of copyright and trademark issues, so we didn't see a lot of Hanna-Barbera characters. In fact, Mumbly (the dog from "Really Rottens") was originally a good guy.

It's actually the Great Fondoo.
I thought it was the magician guy form justice league.
That's "The Great Fondoo". He was one of the characters created especially for the Laff-A-Lympics, to round out the bad guy team, the Really Rottens.
