    Can I please get an explination on how to stop using my stamina when standing still when i press shift.

      you can get the speed of the movement and if its zero, disable the input . you need to implement this ideas in the bp flow some how

    There is one problem, when I press left shift while standing still it still drains stamina. Do you know how to fix it?

      you can use a get velocity in your flow and and use a branch. if the velocity more than 0, then plug the rest of your bp flow to the true out put . So it only works when you are moving. I think this should solve the problem

    how to avoid shift+w combination, when I press them, character is sprinting, but doesn't use stamina

      i think that you could put a branch at the beggining of the stamina system with the condition is falling. Then plug the branch from the "false" to the rest of the nodes
