In Malaysia you are not allow to rear chickens and pigs. The local council will fine you later. You may google and check the local council website later. If you stay in Kampung, probably you can rear whatever you want but not in town or city. 😀
Agreed end lot is less noisy and dusty. My house is end lot also but the end lot empty land is slightly smaller and definitely, price is also slightly cheaper than the corner lot😊
Just sharing some tidbits from my fruit supplier. If the small pineapples are from Thailand please do not buy because I was informed that chemicals are used and is bad for health. There are local ones but seasonal.

On your search for a landed house I believed you are doing all the detail research on the surrounding area, amenities, traffic and good understanding on the district of Shah Alam, PJ and KL.
Have you also considered moving school? As the cause of the issue is due to heavy traffic for daily school commute, it's probably wise to scout for new school first. Then, check the surroundings for landed properties and amenities. And theb do a few rounds of drive at different time of the day (peak, normal, weekend) to ensure the traffic of that place fits your lifestyle. Often, when we just look at the unit and the surrounding at certain day/time, it does not give true representation. Your elder will move to foundation/pre u while your younger probably still in secondary soon. So, probably wise to check out location where such combination of education institutions (international school, colleges) exist. There are some in Klang Valley like Sunway/Subang area or BU area. Although it's just rent, the hassle of moving out and found out later it is wrong place while your place gets rented out already...hhmmm.. quite a chore I would say. Just my 2 cents.
I don't think they need to change school. Koko will go college soon and Setia Ecopark is near Sunway where a lot of universities and colleges are located so I think it's convenient. International school wise, there are Tenby and Help nearby where Sai Lo can study. I think Setia Ecopark is a good place because a lot of Japanese and Taiwanese expats stay here.

地屋如果靠大马路，就要注意一下当门窗关闭后，外面车来车往的噪音会不会影响到自己。特别是第二楼因为属于工作和休息的地方。如果开发商在窗口方面有下功夫是可以隔音的。

1.) 车子出入必需经过智能保安亭（扫描卡/RFID）。
2.) 每间地屋都有前栅、后门与及围栏。
3.) 每一个小区的外围都有保安砖墙围绕着（例如：小区Elmina Valley如果有100间地屋，咁呢100间地屋除咗各自有前栅后门及围栏之外，另外有建一个长长的砖墙围绕着整个小区，衔接保安亭。）
🏠其实好多高尚住宅区都有以上所讲的3重保安设施，係新时代居屋者首要考虑因素之一。
🏠各自屋主通常会另外揾师傅按装铁花、警报器、CCTV等等保安系统，先至安心搬入去住。
佢係有呢種設計😬😬🙏🙏但係要兩年先至完成到
