As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahI wa barakatuh…Sending love to Dawud Adib from Kansas City, Missouri. Most of the people who ascribe to the minhaj of the salaf in this city, came through the efforts of the beloved brother Dawud Adib….May ALLAH place it heavy on your scale..Ameen. We will never forget this important history, if ALLAH wills..Thank you, my dear brother..
Alhamdulillah. It's good the see the Shaykh. He was the first person I came across that introduced me to salafiyyah. May Allah ta'Ala bless the muslims. May Allah ta'Ala unite the muslims and make us victorious over the oppressors. No way can the original callers of the dawah be removed from out history. We have to give credit where credit is due. Alhamdulillah for the work of these brothers did in the early nineties.
As Sallam Alakium brother Shaykh Dawud. I use to call you my big brother. My name is Abu Sunni Mikial Abdul Hakim. All praise is due to Allah putting you as the one teaching me the correct way. Also still on the same teaching of Salafy strong. Allah knows best. Love you big brother. I am now teaching the Grandkids. Allah knows best.
Alhamdlillah it’s such a pleasure to see him Mashallah and he’s the main one that influence me in learning the Quran &Sunnah and I have spoken to him in the 90s wallahi he gave me very good advice on some serious matters may Allah reward this brother with good Ameen
Mashaallah this is too the people who are talking about the brother the last prophet saws said say something good or be quiet my naseeha to you all think about death brothers from Louisville KY
Every city I lived in they praised Fareed Abdullah, I met dawud adeeb and he corrected my vision for seeking knowledge, I met brother najeeb Al Anjelesi with my friend KhaLiL Al afreequi
Did 28yrs straight 1982 to 2011 shahada first day of Ramadan 1984 1998 that's where the dawah reached me in Sing Sing and it was right before my eyes with the foundation at arms reach my Qur'an s2:114 however what was missing was someone to explain it and the tens of the shakh tapes and the understanding has been with me from that time to this very day al hamdullah
Salaam alaikum rahmahtullah,a lot of what was mentioned in this interview are facts, I was there for a lot of what was mentioned....sad the brother can't give a historical overview about this dawah in America.
Asalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh. I have so many questions to ask. I hope that you hold another one. I learned so much from the Shaykh and never got a chance to meet him. As a new muslim i used to ride around listening to How to Establish an Islamic Household. But i also witnessed the refutations. I'd like to know when the shaykh realized that the dawah was becoming something different and what does he say about the position he played in it. I valued his refutations at face value. I didn't question them. If he said Shadeed was off the dawah then he was. If he said Jamal Zarabozo was a bozo, khalas. Abu Tawbah, all of them. And to this day i see the mistakes. What when do the mistakes cause a person to leave salafiyyah. What is the usool. And who does he advise us with today. Jazakullaahu khair!
My mother said, rahimahullah, upon visiting Germantown Masjid back in the day, those sisters need some training 😂. And she was previously a Lt. in the MGT.
I saw you in Masjid al-Muslimeen on several occasions. The first time i saw you was at the Masjid al-Iman (Astoria, Queens) Conference in 1996 which was held in a public school near Masjid al-Muslimeen. I don't know if you remember.
2things brothers from Louisville KY learned was how long DawAh ta salafiyaa been around that dawud may Allah be pleased with him said how he has known farreed Abdullah may Allah have mercy upon farreed
you forgot shaykh ahmed ar rafa'ee at new york . my shaykh was muhammad hashim tunis from liberia at masjid muhammad newark 🥰. learned quran, hadith, khulafa rashideen, history, etc
Wait hold up!! Strong armed?! Yes I was there when it happened and I saw them throw the emaam on the sidewalk I witnessed it and I was 18 I am now 55 and I attend the Philadephia masjid because I am sick, but I listen to their lectures online but I'm loving history
sure you are right, but this is not Dawah, or relevant to that which is beneficial. It’s more of the same, personality promotions. The host is not a journalist, talk show host, and our dear brother, (Allaah preserve him) is not a celebrity. “Two hours about the life and times of Dawood Adeeb.” I have not seen such content about one of the Kibar Ulema of our times.
I'm pretty sure he can talk about whatever he wants on HIS channel. Are you here to stir up some fitnah or what?? It doesn't matter if its dawah or not, first of all, I don't even think Dawud Adib (not spelt Dawood Adeeb fyi) even said this video was Dawah.
The video is here because there's liars who negate and reject factual, historical truths and slander and entirely ignore scholars of the west. If someone suddenly started pretending that ibn Bāz, ibn al 'Uthaymīn, al Albānī and Muqbil never existed and never taught and they begin claiming that there was no salafiyyah in yemen or elsewhere back in the day, would you not respond? Ironic you call it a celebrity show when the entire schtick of a certain group is to praise themselves and fish statements of scholars for themselves, marketing themselves as the people to be associated with and solely subservient to.
For a deed an action to be accepted by Allah it have to meet 2 conditions. It have to be done only seeking the pleasure of Allah and one have to be doing the deed following the prophet Muhammad sallahu alaihi was salaam. So to say that the good deeds of the misguided have to be acknowledged is a mistake sheik.
I ask please show us where any of the Muslims of those from the Salaf or the people of the Sunnah today, paid any homage to the people of shirk or innovation. The haddithe that was quoted about the criminal, did not necessarily mean that he was not a Muslim or that he was a caller to shirk.
I hope the brothers save us from all this bickering and foolishness that we witness today we need lsnd snd muslim doctors and free muslim dchools ......yesterdsy

Which of our modern du'at has made a lecture collecting their own mistakes?! Think about it.
Those students of knowledge probably won’t tell the truth unfortunately.
