I don't think you need a complicated theory for why adult big mom is different then young big mom. Linlin was abandoned by her parents and then, from her perspective, her adoptive family. She was then raised by Strussen (I think that was his name, the cake guy) who used her for evil. She lived through a lot and started doing evil after that at the direction of an adult that manipulated her. Only thing more disturbing is if Strussen was the father of any of Linlin's children.

Because he was telling the stories of arcs before he joined from what was told to him, so he doesn't have all the information. I still find Kaku to be one of One Piece's biggest mysteries: we've yet to see him or Kalifa as children on CP9 Island training alongside the other members but we know Kalifa's Father is former CP9, Kaku also seems different as he expresses more emotions such as regret and guilt, he knowingly gave Zoro Robin's Sea Prism Stone Handcuff Key, and now knows how Paulie felt when betrayed by a close friend. Kaku has a part yet played in this story - perhaps switching sides and becoming an ally or even revealing what he knows to the Straw Hats and Revolutionaries as he no longer feels he's fighting for justice.
That would be awesome if it’s true, Kaku is a big fan favorite because of how much nicer he seems than the rest of the cipher pol agents we know especially recently when he felt sad and warned stussy to leave before lucci got there. Him being good would be awesome

Lucci is a piece of sh!t who loves fighting and killing people, but he at least believes that the evil he was doing as part of CP9/0 was for the greater good.
Knowing the Gorosei and the Celestial Dragons want to kill almost everyone on the planet for selfish reasons might be too much for even him.
episode 79, there is a scene where tashigi falls down some stairs, and the sword almost falls on her face. Could this be how kuina died, especially since during the scene where we see kuina's dead body her face is covered with some cloth

I think Kuina was Killed by the Wado Ichimonji, after her Fight with Zoro using real swords for the first time, the Wado Ichimonji chose ZORO to be its wielder and drained Kuina of her Haki after the fight that same night.

While possible what contradicts the idea of it is 1st that doesn't explain how big mom manage to get her power. Her getting her power after eating mother caramel makes it completely possible that black beard possible also ate a part of white beard. Another reason on possibly how it's not darkness absorbing the power is the fact that somehow shiryu manage to obtain the invisibility fruit after they manage to capture and kill the previous user.

It makes more sense. I think kuinas dad knew that he couldn’t tell zoro the truth. It would hurt him on so many levels including his pride as a swordsman. Might even make him conflicted about being one. Also it’s kinda hard to tell a kid and explain suicide.
For kuina, it’s pretty obvious how she died. In wano Zoro gets flashbacks and remembers the man who made Enma and Wado ichimonji. Then he realizes that wado is a cursed sword and what are cursed sword infamous for? Leading their owners to their death. Wado sensed that Zoro had great potential and wanted Zoro to wield it, so it killed kuina

Always had theory that when eating a DF your heart becomes the DF (The drums of liberation being Luffy’s heart beat). So my theory was before the DF can reform to the closes fruit eating a fruit users heart would be the same thing as eating a fruit. Also the reason how Big Mom got her DF because she ate Mother Carmel.

11:04 the grand line review made a theory on this about the wado ichimonji being a cursed blade and the kuina wasn’t ready yet so it killed her by making her fall, and a nice detail is that kuina was going to sharpen her sword and when she was doing that she fell and died.
Blackbeard is my favorite character out of everyone. The crazier you make him the better for me. Him being a cannibal would make me like him so much more than I already do.

i honestly believe that the reason toki's devil fruit does not allow time travel to the past is to stop user from creating paradoxes, I meant to say if she can travel back to the past using the devil fruit then she can also go back into the past in a time before the devil fruit or before toki consumed the devil fruit thus creating a paradox.

I had a similar Blackbeard theory. I did have the same part of him eating white beard, but instead, I gave the reason that when big mom ate her care taker, she gained the powers of her devil fruit. Thats why I think it doesn't effect the current user of the fruit because it was still part of the past users body.
Kuina died to stairs. She died to fate. She lost in a battle against death. Who does Zoro see in wano? A certain grim reaper. Zoro will conquer death itself that’s the point of kuinas death.

I personally think that in regards to the Blackbeard theory, I think he ate the stomach since for starters you have to eat a devil fruit in order to get its powers and obviously something that’s eaten goes into the stomach but the kicker is that the two open wounds Whitebeard has were in his chest and in his torso, where the heart and stomach would be (although it’s possible that you’d need to eat both which could also make sense in a weird way)

Demon Slayer took some inspiration from One Piece.. So Rengoku has Flame breathing and Ace has the Mera Mera No-Mi (Flame Flame Fruit)….. Ace became a donut also Rengoku. Ace was donefied by AKAinu and Rengoku was donefied by AKAza. Both of the names have AKA im them.. So they did take some inspiration.

I also hate super crazy Kuina theories but, this is what I think happened there… Shimotsuki Kōzaburō (Enma’s creator) knew he was a wanted man and warns zoro not to mention his name out loud. From here this is just speculation but what if there were government agents already infiltrated in the dojo were Kuina and Zoro trained? And the conversation Kuina heard was an incomplete conflict, the agent was one of the teachers looking for connections between Kozaburo and the dojo (remember Kuina is her granddaughter) I think the agent already discovered they were connected to Kozaburo, but what if the agent gave them another choice? They’d ignore everything if they gave them Kuina (or something like that), after all, she was already stronger than many adults, but Koushirou (Kuina’s father) wouldn’t agree to that by lying and saying that “Kuina would never be that good or inherit the dojo because she is a woman”, he was protecting her all along, so after that Koushirou (and maybe Kozaburo) faked Kuinas death and let her escape the island without the agent noticing.

It really feels like something happened in that sparring session that ended with her dying. I don't know if it was just a accident like she get hit in the back of the head with the training sword too hard or maybe fell during it and hit her head or something darker I just really feel that last scene of her sparring feels too out of place for what happened right after.

I've had an interesting idea regarding the two devil fruits cuz as wek know, if someone who ate a devil fruit dies next to a regular fruit, the regular fruit is turned into a devil fruit by the devil. So maybe a human's heart also turns into a devil fruit that is a somewhat different from normal devil fruits, and if you eat this heart devil fruit (or whatever that is then) you can get a second devil fruit as the soul of the human who had the devil fruit before you now lives inside of you with the powers of the devil fruit. If this would be true, then we could also explain the personality change. (The soul who has a devil fruit wanders into another "normal" fruit making it a devil fruit. If you eat the devil fruit you have to soul inside you and would get some part of the pre-users personality)

Guys I have a random theory that the One Piece is activated only by an awakened Nika fruit user (maybe a Nika fruit user's blood would have to be spilled on an altar). This could explain why Shanks said it was time to make his move after seeing Luffy's Gear 5 wanted poster. This could also explain why Roger said he was too early, as there was no Nika fruit user of that time.
and maybe since luffy is the mc theres no way he'll die but bonney has a nika form so she will be sacrificed instead of luffy
This is off topic, but I just wanna share that I was once severely depressed for a long time. It's all because of a sh*tty incurable sickness. Needless to say, I was able to survive my depression because my family and friends didn't give up on me. Thanks to anime, comics, Kamen Rider, DOTA 2, Genshin Impact, etc., as well.
I just hope to whoever is reading this, if you ever get depressed, don't lose to such a thing. Remember, if you hit your lowest point in life, there's only way up from that point onwards.

Not quite as dark of a theory as what you just covered but Chopper may only have at most three years left to live. As a reindeer they have a lifespan of about 15 years on average with a maximum of about 20 years. Unless Zoan Devil Fruits impart the lifespan of the animals they contain the soul of onto the user, which to my knowledge has not been shown in the manga or anime.
The Shanks theory actually makes sense, if the thing that killed Roger happened because he didn't do it right or didn't have the nika power, and Shank knew that since he was there.
Shanks pulling a Dumbledore makes all the sense.... we don't know how the immortality surgery works but from what we see of laws powers it's likely that it separates part of the target from the rest and switches it with something else putting a bit of the person in a thing and a bit of thing in the person similar to how a horcrux works in Harry Potter. If they really are similar in function it may be the case that the one piece is the piece that was taken from Imu to make them Immortal and the only way to beat imu would be to destroy the one piece and then kill imu. It would also fit the theme of sacrifice having to give up a piece of yourself to accomplish your desires.
It would make sense that zoros childhood friend isnt dead but was all a setup to push him to become the worlds greatest swordsman since she knew a woman couldnt fill that roll.
