Good onya fellas. Ive just discovered your videos and I really love this type of fishing. I do a lot of sooty fishing and go to Lakefield as much as i can yhis is my favourite form of fishing. Cheers Wardy and look forward to the next one 👍🏻🎣
Thanks so much. Wow, Lakefield sootys are awesome. Pound for pound they are one of the best, most aggressive fish on the cape. I love em. Thanks for the support mate. Just editing up a video on land based billabong fishing for toga and barra so might be right up your ally. Thanks again. Wardy
@@wardysfishing9403 sorry mate I meant barras at Lakefield but yeah I chase the big sootys around where I live on the Tablelands. I look forward to watching the next one mate, cheers Wardy!!
Thanks so much John. I meant to mention that I used your glides the other night at a terminal here in Weipa. It's all lit up at night so was there till around midnight and massive mullet started to move through and the barra were smashing them. I caught a few around 60cms on 5" shads but couldn't get the big ones to bite. Until I put on your glide bait, and hooked two around a metre but was toweled up by both because of all the structure. I was able to skip cast them right under the pontoon where the barra were rounding up big 50cm mullet. More of that to come mate.
