Great Video. Is cold calling lists still the best way to get started in 2024? How long after your first deal do you add a VA to your business?
I think i will just do wholesaling on my own learning from guys like you thats been in the game for 10 years plus. Then once i het the money pay for mentorship. Is that a good idea ?

had a mentor scam me for like 1500 said it was for emd i was younger i should’ve known something was up but it made me quit but from what i remember it was super hard
