Veg Stock/Water - 3cups
Soya sauce - 2tbsp
Vinegar - 1tbsp
Pepper powder - a pinch
Green chilli chopped - 1tsp
Sugar - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Chilli sauce - 1tbsp
Spring onion chopped - handful
Coriander stems chopped - 2 tbsp
Cornstarch - 1tbsp
Water - a dash

Brilliant! This reciepe is spot on! Tried for the first time today and it worked out perfect! Whole house has the sweet sour of the soup. If you follow the ingredients to the stated measure, it turns out to be very balanced. Tried first time today in Tokyo. Me and my Japanese family loved it!
