Coorg Tourist Spots - RAJA SEAT - Best Sunset of Karnataka | Bangalore to Coorg by Road | Madikeri

Join me in a scenic road trip from Bengaluru to Madikeri (Coorg).
In this travel series, I will be taking you away from the city hustle to the lush greenery and breathtaking waterfalls.
Day 3 Itinerary (cont):
We visited Abbi Falls and Raja Seat on Day3. In this video we will explore Abbi Falls which is one of the biggest falls in Karnataka. This waterfall is the made by Kaveri River which flows through the forest and rocky terrain making a lot of waterfalls on its way. Hence, there are a lot of waterfalls around and in Karnataka.
Ticket to enter the Raja Seat is Rs. 50 for every Adult. As you enter, there is a Adventure cum Amusement park which has a separate ticket. Then there is a huge well maintained park which has statue of animals such as Python, Dinosaurs, Girrrafe and many more. Raja Seat also known as King's Seat is a place where the King of Coorg used to set his Court and discuss on the issues while watching Sunset. Views are amazing and breath taking from here. One minute it was a clear view and the other minute it was all clouds.
This place has a lot of Parking space in 500 mtrs (This is paid parking). There are shops in the vecinity where you can eat as well. This is a very nice place to visit if you are in Coorg.
