Fury was up at nine seconds in the first fight. There's videos proving it, or you can time it yourself with a stopwatch. In the third fight Fury did what he always does. He stays down and listen to the count, and then gets up. He does this to give himself a little more time to gather himself after a knockdown. You can see multiple examples of this in his other fights. He didn't struggle to get up, and he looked perfectly lucid when he was dropped in the third fight. Had the count been faster then he would've just gotten up faster.
