@ i usally think about bulgarians this way (pure ego fuel) it’s worth the pain knowing that you are one of the few people at the gym that’s doing them, atleast at my local gum
@Herrgabby It's a great variation very effective. I have a love-hate relationship with them. Every time I do them, they get easier, though. I put on a weighted vest instead of using dumbells.

No screaming, this is not a mike isratel leg day. See, the more you scream, the more you activate the stretch response in your hamstring, but it's ok Mitch you have to start somewhere. Perfection, like "dr" mike, is hard to achieve.
I'm sure the weight I can get to on the seated leg curl is less than your warmup weights - but I love to lean into them so I get that really painful stretch all the way around the back. It burns so nicely.
Not saying the balloon animals are not strong; however you stamina in limiting is amazing. Won't the bulk affect mobility, air, and your overall stamina and strengrh?
Dr. Mike would have you use 1/3 the weight, perform twice as much ROM, and slow it down 500%.
