It's just a personal account, I do have the recovery email but every time I do that verification I get the following error: It looks like someone else might be trying to access your Google Account. For your protection, you cant Sign in right now Try again later or sign in from a different device.
Sorry to hear that! If it still didn't work after 24 hours then there may be other factors affecting the account. This method has worked in 9/10 of cases where I was setting up a NEW workspace account, using a VPN, and using phone number verification (in order words: in cases where it definitely should NOT be restricting my access).
