  • Today I have my good friend, Engel on the show. He is the co-owner of Yoga Grace and Yoga Grace Online. He's also the founder of Pranayama Sadhna, The School of Pranic Studies. I'm grateful to be able to share our conversation with you all today.
During this episode, Engel will demonstrate a short breath practice. It's best to enjoy this episode with some headphones and at a time that you won't be disturbed.
One of my favorite takeaways from this episode was how Engel speaks words of victory over others to empower them. I just love that concept. We also cover finding community during tough times, appreciation, God, magical synchronicities and we even talk about Sasquatch and mermaids.
    I hope you enjoy!

This was an amazing podcast and wonderful to hear how Engel turned his life around in such a positive way. I have just spent two years with a narcissistic boss. I have at last been released and given a new opportunity to co-ordinate community projects through our church. This is giving me the opportunity to use my admin and people skills to do something that will make a difference and something that I love. Never ever give up as two years has been a long time.

Amazing. I wish I had a little of your understanding of yourself. Circumstances have kept me from the peace. So busy taking care of responsibilities, I lost myself. When I got to a quieter place, health problems and loss of my mother and brothers kept me in a place where I lost me again. I am searching for me and where to go from here. You are such a calming person, I enjoy you so much. Thank you for being you.

One season per year is my vote but more than 10 episodes. Love Heartland in its entirety - acting is great, writers are phenomenal and very imaginative even though there are some situations I didn’t agree with as far as dialog but Heartland is and always has been a breath of fresh air in this troubled world.

Wow, the emotion, pure conversation and connection is so powerful.
I’ve known you as ‘Ty’ for the longest time until just recently with your podcasts. Now it feels as if I know you as a person, which is quite nice. As you said in the episode with Amber Marshall you two are more than ‘Amy’ and ‘Ty’, you are actual persons with your own personalities. Much more than the Heartland characters.
Thank you for these down to earth, uplifting and strong conversations. It’s like nothing before.
Would it be possible to do an episode with Shaun Johnston? Would absolutely love to get to know him as more than ‘Jack’.
Much love to you and the future of this podcast, the future of your career and the road that lies ahead. God bless you brother!
Much appreciation and inspiration, listening from Oklahoma in the United States. Thank you for what you do brother.

Thanks for the moment of truth. I am always admiring for people who leave his confort zone to change their life and make turns that have meaning for future. A single word: bravo. Thanks for the fabulous message. There are still beautiful people on earth. We tend to forget that

This podcast took a couple of listenings, but it was worth it. I shared the demons of fear and worry with my daughter and granddaughter and my 27 year old grandson knows about Engel (who knew?). I am not sure about the theory of the CEO and board of directors, I would rather have God be the master planner of my life (what I have left). Some day we will know!! Graham, you mentioned someplace about another solo podcast to share more about your decision to leave Heartland and some of your other plans, etc. and I hope that does happen. Hopefully you are planning to act again some day, I enjoy hearing you but would love to see you again. My very best to you on your life's journey. Stay safe, be happy and God bless you and yours.

Girls weekend, away from family, household, work with my besties. Now I am even more excited. @@TimeHasCome Hey, Graham. That would be very much appreciated. As much as I appreciate your answer. I actually can't believe you answered. It's so surreal, because I'm so happy you took the time to read and respond to my comment. The creator of one of my favorite podcasts and the actor of a lovely character on one of Heartland, which not only has heart in its name but is in my heart as well and will stay there forever. Thanks for that, Graham. And all the work you've put into Heartland. It's lovely to watch. Even season 14 is lovely (and heartbreaking) in its own way, even though I'm missing Ty. But the way you played him in season 14 the very last time was lovely to see, the ghost of him. You let Ty die the best way he could've. Thanks for playing him like that one last time. How was the last day on set for you and the people you worked with? It's appreciated dearly from me and I'm sure a lot of other fans of the show too, not to mention the other cast and crew of course. It's lovely for the show to let Amy see Ty's ghost. It fits into the show so well. And that's on you!
I wish you and your family the best and thanks for reading the comments under your videos. 🤗 It's nice knowing you read and even respond to them. It's my first answer from you, that's why I'm that excited, because I simply love your work and you as a person, as much as I get to know you on this podcast is simply amazing. ❤️ That's why this answer means so much to me.
You're the best, greetings from Austria, Europe,
      Carter

Thank you for your podcasts and for u being such an amazing person who really cares abt everyone.

@grahm. You quit heartland for this? Longest running most popular Canadian series of all time. Broke millions of peoples hearts. The book series is 26 novels. You should have stuck it out until everyone decided it was done. I personally don’t care and I hope they replace your character with something that works for people. But I think quitting was selfish. Good luck on your life’s journey and yes you are a very talented actor. Peace.

You still don't know anything You are still so naive. You still don't know what it's like to struggle in life. You are living on the little bit of work on heartland and that was to hard for you. So you quit even though you only woked maybe 5 months out of the year, and even less the last 4 years. You are what I call a baby soul you have so much to learn. The trouble with you is you change your mind every 10 minutes. Anyone you meet can change your mind.
