Probably no hot water on the boat(or in jail for the criminals), days of fighting on the island, Gabimaru and Sagiri were in a smokey forest fire, Yuzuriha's technique involved a liquid or something on her skin, etc...

I guess Sagiri doesn't really know what happened to Gabimaru? Why he was captured and on the list to be executed? Or how the Iwagakure assassins works...? Gabimaru kills only because he was ordered to, or self-defense. Yes, he has taken many lives, but certainly not because he enjoys killing others. If he didn't kill, I assume, Gabimaru himself will be killed. Of course the killing orders are still bad and lawfully can be punished by the shogun, but the issue I'm having here is that it seems that Sagiri doesn't understand Gabimaru, since she keeps saying "I knew it, he's evil" "maybe he's not evil" "is he evil..?".
