okonh: An Old guy, but he's got some taste at least! And kudos to you, young buck, for apparantly not crushing his soul with "Dave!". I've heard of these guys but never seen them. I am near old at 40. And I would give you some suggestions for yer pa, but it would be more like moving from one teat to the other, not moving to the bottle.
i didn't know sister hazel was still around, neat. this is kind of funny because my dad is like this old guy who doesn't listen to anything after the '50s, he listens to John Denver and Don McLean and Arlo Guthrie and a whole lot of classical, so i was trying to ween him off that and i thought Sister Hazel had an easy sound like Denver, so i played him that, and now i know Sister Hazel covers John Denver
I saw them at a thing in Virginia, it was okay but I had no idea who they were. I'm more into metal and alternative, so this band isn't for me, but they're pretty good for country rock kinda feel.
I can beat a Hazelnut. My aunt on my das's side is cousins with Drew Copeland. We are not related but we Drew as well as their Band Manager consider us their distant distant relatives.
I have a co worker named Hazel who I nick named sister Hazel after watching this video. As senior citizens, we have a lot of fun with this.

They don't come to Boston MA nearly enough. This kind of live video is just what I needed to tide me over until the next gig. Thanks for posting it!
Amazing song! Nice vid.
ive downloaded a live version of this from limewire, but typically its not very good quality. id love to have an album version of this done by them.

I've seen Sister Hazel over 10 times and they are good for 3 covers a show. Not the same ones either...

You can't. These are covers they do at live shows. They're not on their albums.
It's a John Denver song.
