You never cease to amaze me with your simple paint strokes creating an entire mural. With attention to the detail of repeating cloud color in the waves, you capture Nature. Thank you for sharing this project.
Your wife had great advice! I like to have three paintings going at once as well. When I get stuck, as I often do, I can focus on something different and it seems to allow my brain to work on the other, " problem" unconsciously. It also helps to watch other painters, like you, that are creative and unlike me, scientific. I am still working on the concept of light. Many years and I still don't get it. Thanks for sharing!
Your work is amazing! Surely seeing that beautiful seascape will brighten the days of many people for many years! Hopefully, others will be inspired to paint. Art soothes the soul. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent.👏🏻 Take care & God bless.
I know it’s an older picture, I have been to that location. You shoe with Indian ruins. I love it there. Thank you Kathy I’m going to try and paint this painting
Really like the 1 day mural, fantastic colour palette, love the colours in the ocean, sure to brighten anyone's day who sees it. Also really like the rafting paintings, can't wait to see the completed project. Are those your "colour studies" or are you planning on mounting them to the wall in smaller areas?
That Mural was one of the best I have seen online. Can you make let us know how do you prime the wall before painting, is it house paint or regular acrylic canvas paint? Lastly, how do u finish the mural with what coat to make it long lasting and prevent from sunlight fading! Thank you
When Iam on cruise I watch the waves thinking of how to paint it until I get sea sick so I quit the idea of painting sea but thanks a lot for sharing your exceptional talent to paint waves.......thanks a lot
Amo lo que hace... pero es bastante complicado, mi cuello y mente ahora experimentan esas nubes y es muy extresante lograr un efecto tan real como vos lo logras en cada proyecto.
What types of canvas do you use for painting? I mean it looks less like standard stretched canvas and more like some type of board. Excellent work though 😃👍
I did my first mural on a 20 foot wall about 2 years ago . It was your Grand Canyon piece that helped me through it . I would like to show case it . Perhaps other artist's can be more confident when pulling the trigger on their first big piece . How do I share with you and your followers ?.. Mahalo nui loa for your insight and gift . JM
Eh Joe...Mario here...i was at Kingman Az couple weeks ago painting on La Rosa de Michoacán wich Is a new restaurant there....i was about to take a bus to Flagstaff after that just to meet you....next time i Guess...u inspire me a lot bro, and i thank u for that
I painted a Splash of fruits and bread baking theme all over the walls, this place was a KFC, i would like to share my work with u, but dont know how, just got my FB pague, Mario J Anguiano Art
Es una pena que no esté subtitulado al español, estoy haciendo un mural con marina y tu trabajo me ayudaría muchísimo! El diálogo es demasiado rápido para mi escaso inglés. Me encantan tus trabajos pero no puedo seguirte como quisiera.
Hi I am 15 years old and I am going to paint a sea in a big wall in our house like the triple of yours so can you please tell me how did you do this waves 🥺because I really wanna try to do like you ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! I used a bright red, maroon, thalo blue, thalo green(for the water), bright yellow, black and white. I mixed the colors on the wall as I painted.
Ha ha. Yes! But not bad trouble. I drew on my homework assignments but wouldn't complete the assignment. Looking back, the assignments don't matter too much but the attitude that made me do that held me back from my dream job for a good ten years or so.
@muraljoe - Aren't you sick of RUclips screwing you over while giving all your views to awful ASMR and spammy "reaction channels" that don't have a lick of talent?
Interesting....I'm not aware of that. I'll have to look into it. I'm thankful for RUclips regardless of that though. I don't feel wronged at all for getting a free platform to show off.
Well I applaud your patience. But it's frustrating to see people who clearly have spent years developing a real talent get marginalized while talentless nonsense is given millions of views. It would be no problem at all for uploaders like you to be getting $500 to $1000 per video off of ad revenue. Look at Bob Ross's channel or art restoration channels. Sorry, it obviously doesn't bother you as much as it does me.
You never cease to amaze me with your simple paint strokes creating an entire mural. With attention to the detail of repeating cloud color in the waves, you capture Nature. Thank you for sharing this project.
watching that come to life was insane. You, sir, are incredibly talented.
BTW this guy is the master of painting water.
Thank you for that very flattering compliment.
I love how good he is but it makes me so mad how easy he makes it because I fail so bad at it😭

Great video 👏🏻👏🏻 did u use acrylic for the whole painting? And is that ok for a wall or is it going to wash out of water?
Amo lo que hace... pero es bastante complicado, mi cuello y mente ahora experimentan esas nubes y es muy extresante lograr un efecto tan real como vos lo logras en cada proyecto.
What song is that at the end of the video? Thanks again for the amazing work
the water is okay and a one shot deal from memory A- B+ but who the hell am I ! LOL

Hello Joe,
From the art club at CTMS...
When you were younger in school, did you too, get into trouble for drawing during class?
Ha ha. Yes! But not bad trouble. I drew on my homework assignments but wouldn't complete the assignment. Looking back, the assignments don't matter too much but the attitude that made me do that held me back from my dream job for a good ten years or so.
@@muraljoe From Chrissie - how would you draw a background set in the 1920's?

Hello my friend, the artist. I follow you and admire you and your work. Can I contact you?
I couldn't paint a kitchen door.
