I just bought a martin guitar and was told buy the store that martin has a lifttime waranty. So why not send it in for repair directly at martin? Thanks!
Funny you mention that. When Kevin was asking me if there was anything I could do, he said that he should have told his sister-in-law to have Martin fix it. But, having been a certified Martin repair guy for years and having done countless binding repairs he didn’t hesitate to help. He speculates that they must have changed the formula of finish used because he’s never had that happen before. Thanks for the comment. Cheers! Patrick
