The Factory where this pack was produced #593 District of Maryland.Which can be seen very clearly @ 1:16 Was NOT one of the factories(there were 6) that issued Baseball cards. So while this video is intriguing,it is alas a lie.
You do know the real ones were made 115 years ago, right? Haha I'm sure you do. Someone uninformed on these cards and their significance would be unlikely to take the time to watch a vid like that. Anyway, a card coming as a little prize in a 115 y/o cigarette pack opened today should kinda-sorta be expected to be a bit worn down. The only way for it to be avoided would be if the package went straight from the factory to a vacu-sealed bag that was taken by horse and buggy (wrapped in a blanket for the ride) straight to a bank vault. And still, the corners might not be pinpoint exactly. Why? They were printed and cut with machines that were the kind of machines from 1909. This one looked perfectly centered which is really rare to see with the T-206's
@@ColinMonteil The net54 forum discussed this video in a thread, but the biggest reasons it has to be fake is the blue tax stamp on the pack is dated after T206s were distributed (and many years after in fact)....the opener tries to conceal the tax stamp but doesn't quite do a good enough job. Also, the card doesn't quite look 'pack fresh'.

That was easily the nicest unopened pack I have ever seen in my life. Unbelievable. That has to be up there with the nicest in existence.
what a nice historical record--they issued the cards with worn corners lmao

If you know about the T206 that was also a 460 overprint subjects kinda tough to come across that was awesome
Obviously not the actual original card. The left corner is rounded.
Like they made sure the cards were gem mint condition 115 years ago 😂
@@NBAforlife8 are you retarded? The cards were placed straight off the factory printer.
@@NBAforlife8 are you stupid? Printed in the factory then directly placed in the cig pack.
@@NBAforlife8 are you r3t@rded? The cards are packaged straight from the factory.
@@NBAforlife8they absolutely did, hence why you can find extremely high grades for almost every card, especially sweet cap backs
That’s an amazing looking card! How much did the Sweet Caporal pack cost and where did u get it?
I have never seen anybody pull a T206 card from an unopened pack. Amazing.
you still haven't!
@@fatarmpits ?
@@bricethompson1922 it’s a fake cig pack. Obvious scam.
Did you smoke one?
Dude never open the pack like that god damn, u bent the whole card
I know it made me cringe the whole time i was watching it. Lol
It's fake...he could have bitten off the top and it wouldn't matter.
being “careful” yet uses a razor blade to open shit then pinched the card with his fingernail to get it out
fake
Fake video. Fake pull.
How can you tell, trying to learn
It’s not going to come out of the pack with rounded corners

@@fatarmpits thank you, I did think it was unusual the card had corner damage right out of the pack
Total fake!
