It's kinda sad that the only rain you ever see in this game is during the opening sequence. Shimmering Heights would have looked breathtaking in the rain.
The fact that we see puddles around the map, but no rain, really makes me think they originally were gonna have weather cycles too. But since time only moves when you do, I imagine rain had to be cut for that reason.
And people say this is the worst mirrors edge? Sure the story may not be as good as the original but to completely trash talk the game I think is just wrong. Love the graphics!
Cool channel. Takes me back to playing Remember me on the Xbox 360. It's deffo an imperfect game, but there's a couple of moments where there's no action on screen, no music. Just the gentle ambient sound and visuals of rain, cascading down the glass of magnificent skyscrapers in dystopian, neo-Paris. >Similar vibes to Mirrors Edge but with more European influence, might be worth checking out.
God this game was so much potential just down the drain. That art direction and soundtrack are things of beauty but the rest of the game lets it down so much
I enjoyed it greatly. But it's obvious the devs had to cut corners here and there - probably due to budget restrictions on the project. The love for the franchise is going strong though :)

slippery surfaces to run, slip, fall and possibly die? That's my only thought :) Faith better have some awesome grip in that situation.

Very neat channel, and one of my very favorite games.
The only good thing about catalyst, apart from the brilliant Solar Fields, is the atmosphere.
