Love it, I going for one wow. Just À much needed upgrade on the Suspension shaft. Kyosho. Released upgrade part MZ-407. Is for my MR-03, with a set of polished king pins and replaced with upgraded from the plastic shaft balls, with metal ones. The balls may also be amazing on replacing the plastic ones. On the Nexx. Thank you for all you fantastic reviews tips help. A very enjoyable person, the way you come across to everyone, you share your passion for the Mini. You knowledge, the warnings of what not to do. I love most there are no short cuts. Always take your time. You rush you brake.
Saw this on the website. They don’t say what it is. Lol I suppose it’s one of those things “ if you have to ask, then you won’t need it” But man mechanism big or small, just draw me in. I’m a slave to the money pit!!! Ps: That’s an awesome indoor track!
Wow killer track and the car is locked and sweet. Makes me want to start racing again we have a similar track here. Im buying the Jaguar this week first.
Awesome vid! Got mine last Wednesday, racing it in 2500 stock for the first time tmrw night, can't wait! I would love to see a vid on making it 102 for kyosho LM bodies. There seems to be an issue with the side mounts on most of the kyosho LM bodies. Haven't figured out a solution yet.
Could you mount the receiver to the bottom of the esc, then mount the esc/receiver to the chassis with the power button out the the outside Then move the transponder to the top of servo? Making access to button easier
so basically putting the ESC on its side? That could potentially work. not a bad idea! We just want to be sure to try and keep our center of gravity as low as possible. You suggestion shouldnt raise it too much though.
@@hellofromsoutheastalaskarc7517 well, it goes as fast as the motor you put in it. Lol. Right now we have it setup for super stock, so it’s a 3500kv motor on 2s lipo. ;)
We have a TON of track time on this car at this point and I absolutely love it. There are a few different options for micro rx for the noble. Check out the mxo/dasmikro ones. ;)
I used this ESC with a sensor-less motor and have the lag issue then just explodes with power. I’m hoping the OTA programmer will be able to tweak it as I’m running 8000kv motor and like the power. Completely different car tho it’s a buggy
Im new to the hobby and hope to someday do a build like yours. Turned out great! Still have a lot to learn. How do you keep your car going straight on acceleration? Mine pulls to the right for some reason (box stock. Just tires and tbar) P.S. Smooth driving there sir 😎
You need to be sure your car is properly balanced and that you don’t have any tweak in your chassis. (One side picks up off the ground sooner than the other). Look up the penny trick for testing tweak.
@TheShopMiniRC Update: i did the penny trick, and it works. I still have a little pull but it took away a lot of it. Thanks for the info again 👍 Cheers!

The specter is an amazing chassis for the price and durability.
Double sticky is a great call.
It works.

Hmm. Maybe we should look at that!

A great day so far!
@@TheShopMiniRC that's a cool looking build bro
what flysky receiver did you end u p using? I just bought that radio. I'd like to try this chassis as an upgrade. Any track time yet?

8000kv is nutso in these little cars. The ota should help for sure.

Does this chassis come built already?
Yes. Just add wheels, tires, electronics, body and battery.
What type of wheels and tires can be used with this chassis? Also, can Kyosho Mini-Z 98mm shells be used on this chassis? Much Thanks!
Any RWD mini z wheel and tire. Also, yes. Any 98mm body can be ran on it.
Noted, don't get loctite on your balls. #lifehacks
Facts. You’ll end up with soggy blue balls.
Loctite on your balls? That's pain bro! 😂
that smack sound is driving me crazy.. love the content but that smacking sound smh.
Smack sound? Can you give me a time where you hear it?
