All dimensions and universes have laws of physics, but different types of laws of physics, they aren't the same. Puppet is made out of matter, atoms, and molecules from HER universe, not from Freddy's and Golden Freddy's universe. She can still do anything in that dimension, but she's still made out of laws of physics from her world. Anything that comes from a different world and is in a different world, they slowly start to die, she's slowly drifting away, it's like Solar from the S.A.M.S.
