Stadium is looking great and with the reduced points deduction looks like you'll be playing prem games in there where you belong. All the best from a Birmingham fan
@@DuncTheBlue1878 me to buddy, I wanted you to come down just so I could experience your new stadium. But the prem is where you lot belong, things are looking up for us so hopefully in the near future we'll be playing each other again
The whole stadium is a beautiful. I live in Glyn-neath, south wales going back and forth to Cardiff to work a few years ago I remember the swansea stadium being built. Crazy how fast they get done. I'm looking forward to trucks with top soil going into the stadium
1) With regard to the items on the north roof, I suspected them to be anchor points and just wanted confirmation from a roofer. Fitted since your previous video, you can now see wire between a few anchor points near the NE edge. What piques my curiosity is that the roofers have been walking about freely, without being attached at all, and despite the anchor points being 'roughly' along 3 E-W lines and then roughly 3 N-S lines, the fact that they are not in regimental lines, makes me wonder if they are located temporarily. So, confirmation from the insider roofer would be good. 2) It seems that the bit of focus on the Southern Regent Road Central Tower Gate has been positive, so perhaps it might be good to take a look at it, looking Eastward from the SE Corner of the Stadium before they add the steel mesh gates to the inner edge (same style of finish as used in the cut-through's). 3) There is much discussion about why they've have stopped doing the barrel-cladding and most people are suggesting ONE reason only. I think it's based on several parameters, such as: A) It's important to note that the installation of barrel-cladding is NOT directly influenced by the finishing of the Top, Standing-Seam roof. The top section of the barrel-cladding is not overhung or joined to the top-roof. When the top barrel-cladding section is affixed to the top white horizontal steel of the barrel structure, the top edge of the frame aligns with the outer/front edge of the wide metal gutter that runs along the top of the barrel roof, some of which has been in place at the NW and NE corners from before the roofing started. The Standing-Seam roof will end just overlapping the inner edge of the gutter, not the outer edge. The temporary safety railing is clipped to the outer edge of the gutter at present, so the roofers can still work safely on the roof without interacting with the barrel-roof. They are separated. B) Whilst heavy machinery and equipment is still doing work on the concrete rooves of the East and West Stands, due to the fitting of plant and the air exhaust system (shrouded in those scaffolding towers under the barrel-roof), it probably wouldn't be ideal. C) To allow for easy access for B) above, some of the bottom horizontal white steels are not yet installed and will require crane access to lift them up to install. Clearly it wouldn't make sense to start applying barrel-cladding without the steels fitted. D) I expect it would be safer to do the cladding when the Core/Scaffolded Service Towers were not in the way but I can't be sure that's a complete no-no. E) It will be dependent on access from the ground so what is going on below is crucial. And here's a thought. Maybe they actually did the cladding in the NE Corner because they urgently need clear ground there to get on with the installation of the surfacing, gradients, stone-laying, tree wells, borders, lighting etc. In other words, we have presumed that what is going on below dictates the cladding, whereas it IS possible that the groundwork needed the cladding done there first.
The pausing of the cladding: could be that is it currently aligned with the finished north roof, and it is waiting for the east roof to be completed. Also the access tower may be getting the way of the manipulating crane.

Those things on the roof look like lashing anchors for a safety wire system, so people working on the roof have a safe anchorage for workers lanyards and harnesses.

It also looks as though the cladding has stopped level with the North Stand roof, so potentially they're waiting for the South Stand/East Stand roof to be done before restarting
Another great video, Nick. Do love all the insight and detail the videos offer especially with the input from David. The chimney on the gate tower and the sliding wooden gates. Amazing!

Thanks Nick again. Latest vid from the Club's stadium update says they are moving onto the West stand next once the brackets are ready - they mention both NW and SW corners so you might have to check both! Also, if you look again at the sample blue wave paving near the hydraulic tower you will see the shape of the dock wall coping stones running round past the tower.
The fixing points on the north roof are for a cable safety system. They are for when access is necessary on the roof workers will attach themselves via harness. Man safe system I think it called

Hi Nick, thanks for your work...question, the other area's surrounding the stadium where there are temporary office cabins, equipment etc....is this Everton land and if it is what will be done with it when the build is complete? Thanks DC
Hi Nick. Great vid as usual... been following from Spain for last couple of years. Sorry if this has already been asked but ... Anyone know of any building plans, land purchases etc in the immediate surrounding areas?
Hey Mr Drone. The barrel cladding seems to have stopped at the same point as the finished section of roofing on the North Stand. My guess is they have stopped to allow the rest of the roofing to be complete and the they will continue it.

Hi Nick, thanks for the great progress videos. Just noticed the Leech design either end of the south side half way up the sides. Take a look next time if you can. Keep up the great work.
Hugh: the areas that are much more visible are A) the lower 'half' of the fourth facade panel to the right/north of the SE Core Service Tower, when seen from the East and then B) in dull light, when a drone is low over UU looking at the NNW face.
@@davidbadcock2225 Thanks David.. I was seeing the design horizontally at each end of the South stand...might be the metal bars and shadows from those bars creating the Leech design? Noticed it on Nicks last full fly around. Thanks again for your input.
Paul: it's definitely NOT for Solar Panels as the Array will only be on the South Stand Roof, which is obvious for the larger sized area and maximising angled exposure to the direct sun light. Hi Nick the 3 small round towers you talked about with the plaque on one, so you think the largest of the 3 could turned in to the one on the clubs badge on their kits, also those brackets in the roof might they not be for fitting some sort of solar panels like what’s been done up at Anfield
Sparky: correct and I think it is one of the main reasons that they actually completed the NE Corner barrel-cladding first. It looks like there a some pieces missing from the bottom of the steelworks (I don’t know the correct term) which the barrel cladding attaches to. Maybe this is why the cladding has stopped as well as the scaffolding points (which seems to be getting smaller in the south east corner)
Ben: yes, some of the bottom level steels are not yet installed, which has been because they have needed to move cherry-pickers and other large equipment in-under the barrel. When they have finished that process the remaining bottom steels will be installed. It is one of many reasons why the barrel-cladding hasn't continued. It's not done to only one parameter. perhaps take a look at my separate initiator comment for a wider consideration.
Great work Nick, Well done mate, 👍Hard to be sure as yet, But I think this stadium design is better than what we've been seen going up lately, Looking forward to it opening to the fans, Evertonians must be very excited,, All the best, (Hudds fan-from afar👍)
Another great video, Nick. You know when you select a comment and zoom in and try to answer their question but then can't quite work out where exactly they are talking about? I agree with you that it is quite often really difficult. But maybe try to get them to be more precise prior to going up with the drone. Better for all of us that mate and would save you some time. Although I do fully agree with you that people should try to be really specific in the first place! Try harder people!!!
Burnley fan here and you’ve no worries Re staying up as it’s unlikely we’ll get another Point tbh let alone 3. Your stadium is world class and hopefully we can come back up and get to visit it.
I don't know for sure, but it would be my assumption that the dots on the roof given the spacing would be anchoring points to allow maintenance staff to be secured at all times when working on it. And this might just be a coincidence but the barrel cladding currently goes right up to the finished North stand roof line. Perhaps they will only start back up once the East stand roof layers have been completed? I would have expected them to have started on the North West corner if that were true, however they are right in the middle of building the terracing there so could be preventing them at the moment. Just food for thought until someone can provide a definitive answer.
Barry: I suspected them to be anchor points and just wanted confirmation from a roofer. You can now see wire rope between a few anchor points near the NE edge. I do NOT think that finishing off the top roof at any one edge is the dominant parameter for the barrel-cladding work, as the barrel-cladding only hooks onto the edge of the wide gutter/temporary walkway and the temporary safety rail is on the outer edge of the gutter as well. The edge of the top roof only overlaps the inner edge of the gutter and is not intended to extend over the barrel-cladding. I have sent Nick some screenshots of that but they arrived too late for him to use in his midweek video.
@davidbadcock2225 Yes all makes sense David. 👍 I did notice the gap between the barrel cladding and the part they are working on too, it just doesn't make sense why they've paused the cladding, unless the scaffolding tower hampers them.
I would think the fixing are for the final layer of roofing, when you look at the finish of the other stands it seems different to me and seems complete
David: there are no extra layers to be applied to the north roof. the other stands' rooves will also be finished to the same 7-layer finish, with the Standing Seam roof last. The only exception to that will that there WILL be a Solar Array/PV panels added on top of the Standing Seam roof of the South Stand. Hello Mr D, love your work! Big Hibees fan with a soft spot for the Toffees and can't wait till the time comes that I can take in a game at this amazing stadium. Does anyone know if there will be a 'fan park' type area on the site or within the stadium? Also will the stadium be lit up at night? It would probably make it an even more iconic landmark in the dark if they did this.
John: 'yes' and 'yes' to those Q's. The intended Fan Plaza is what most of the East area is about. There will be 'subtle' lighting of the stadium at night, as there are restrictions on light pollution.
My guess on the barrel cladding is it seems to have stopped in line with where they are currently mid way through fitting the east stand roof. Meaning perhaps it cannot be continued while the roof is incomplete?
I'd imagine the articles on the north stand roof, are for attaching a harness line to, if you look closely, you can actually see the cable connecting them.

The fixings on the North Roof will be for guide wires for harness attachment. They will follow the walkways and the centre line will probably be if they put solar on that area

Hi David, the roofers are good to walk around at the moment as they have the scaffolding hand rails installed around the edges. They also have the drop nets below in case someone falls through. Once the roof is complete and the rails have all been removed anyone on the roof will need to have a harness clipped on to the guide lines.
@@craigwilliams4178 Craig: whilst I understand the principle fully, your idea fails in one respect at least. The walkways that will be continuous and right around the top roof perimeter (there is only the one stretch so far, towards the north edge) will all have a railing on the OUTER edge of the walkway so, in effect, anyone on the roof would be within a railed enclosure. I DO think they are anchors for safety but it's the haphazard application of them just now that bothers me, not what they might be for.

Doesn’t the cladding go over the top too? The pictures show that cladding over the sides and top. Maybe those bits are used to connect to the cladding?
g: No, the naturally anodised aluminium cladding will not be over the top. The North Roof layering is complete with the steel Standing Seam layer being the final layer.

Are those old plaques on the original Gate towers just "Bramly More Dock name tags"..there's the same on the ajoining Gate Tower. The big Gate Tower was for the Gate Keeper of Police to TRY + cut down on Pilfering
No, if you check them out on Google Street View you can see that they were simply "no entry" signs, originally red with a white horizontal stripe, probably installed when there were still some small commercial companies operating in the dock. They started fading around 2010 and are now bleached completely.
Great video again thanks for continuing to show us the progress. Just wondering on the timeline for completion I know they’ve said they hope to hand it over by December but does that include all the internal decorating or is it just the structure?
Ah fair enough, just wasn’t sure they would get all the decorating done in time for December. I know they will have to do test events before the first game etc
I've been wondering about that lack of progress on the barrel cladding too, but I think Nick's video has unwittingly answered that question for us. In his close up of the barrel at the end there, you can see quite a few of the horizontal steel sections at the bottom of the barrel are not yet connected up. Must be because of those scaffolding structures that are set up inside the barrel I'm guessing. The official Everton Stadium video the other week mentioned they NE corner was due to go a transformation with the cladding being fitted, so it looks like that's it for now until the other bits are finished.

Don't know if it's been covered yet (9 minutes in) but they look like "man safe" points to me. They will run a steel cable through them so the workers can clip themselves in to stop them falling if they slip, as it's a slippy metal standing seam roof. This is for future repairs etc so they will stay there

Another cracking update One question about the barrel cladding, at the moment the claddid doesn’t go to the edge of the framework at the top and bottom. Presumably that will be filled in, when do you think that will go in and will there be a finishing edge which butts up to the glass framework? Hope this makes sense

It's great for you to get 4 points back, but, there is the 2nd charge to come. I think it will be a 6 point deduction, so, after everything is done you will have lost 12 points. How will that affect the table?
Does anyone know how the club will allocate seats to us season ticket holders? I’m guessing Gwladys will be offered the south stand, Park End the north, Bullens and Paddock the east and Main Stand and Top Balcony the west stand - am I right??
Dunc: it's a good Q but I don't think EFC have decided yet. In official posts on the website they've indicated that they are working on it in earnest now, with consultation, so I guess you should keep a look out on the official site.
Hi Nick great video as usual ! Just wondering about the question of the pieces spotted on the north stand roof :- Was there going to be some kind lights/lasers coming out of the stadium at night & those could be the units For it ?!! Just a guess really though 🤔 Cheers Dave C
David: no way. The planners would never have allowed it. The Architects/Engineers had to pay careful attention to the lighting to meet the Light Pollution guidelines. A shame for us folk that don't live in the immediate environment, I suppose.
Have you heard when the fan stones are being played? Also, is there going to be some kind of memorial garden at the new stadium May be you can highlight these point's I am sure EFC.are listening
Unsure when the fans’ stones are being installed - could be in the next few weeks. There won’t be a memorial garden, according to the final plans that were approved
The towers at the entrance to the site that you showed in this video were manned by the dock police to control access to the docks, and to check vehicles leaving didn't have any unauthorized (stolen proprty) in them.
Ed: that's correct. My point was only to show people the structure in more detail and to wonder why it will not be 'used' at all, other than as a gate post.
Hey Nick I wanted to ask when you do your fly around next week could you please take a look at the upper East Stand at the half way line. There seems to be 3 or 4 rows of what should be seats but nothing. Is this a planned area for TV commentators or is it just the cast that the seats just haven't been fitted there yet? Thanks.Keep up the good work 👍
Stuart: as revealed in a video on this channel in 2023, it's probably because they have yet to 'build' one of the 7 TV Camera Plinths at the front of the middle of the East Stand Upper Tier. The commentators will all be located on the central Upper Tier of the West Stand.
Re the other drone operators, I’m sure you know that guy Colin ie CP OVERVIEW he was filming from that location at the same time. He does post at least two a week, very good btw 😉
Just gives the club potential access control for e.g. other events at the stadium in June/July. The gates will be fully open the vast majority of the time
Do we know that they will be open? My fear, as has been the case since I first had a drink in the BM pub, is that the perimeter wall needed far more gaps and gates than has been provided under English Heritage guidelines. 53,000 through those gates is an impossibility in the build up to, and particularly the end of a game. The access to the north stand once the land we're currently using for trucks, is given back to United Utilities, is narrower than Gwladys Street. There are access challenges in many areas of the site. Anyway I should be more optimistic and hope the designers have come up with a plan that is better than what I'm expecting. @@DuncTheBlue1878

Yeah, Mosh and the former board members to blame. I think the next points deduction will be 2 points after appeal (which will be after the last game - ridiculous)
Hi Nick Yeah Everton were given 4 pts back as a red I was hoping you got more back as i don’t want to see the longest running top flight derby in England coming to an end, but what if your club is found guilty again and get another points deduction, if that happens surely the club would fail any future appeals in the light of its a second charge in the same season although it relates to different seasons

Greetings from Thailand, Nick the central tower I think was utilised as a police dock control office hence the chimney for an open fire during the winter months, I have a distant recollection of being taken in there when I was 15 years old, in the early 1960s my friends and I cycled through the dock estate on a Sunday afternoon and were obviously up to no good, a Police constable stopped us and questioned us, unfortunately, he had a small speech impediment and I burst out laughing whereby he gave me a right wallop. I am fairly sure we then went into the tower where I cleaned my nose up and was asked by the sergeant if I wanted to make a complaint being as we were on the dock I chose the better decision not to and was then told to get the F!*k off the docks. Policing was different in those days. The notice for closure of Blackstock St has been signed off by the interim manager Mufu Durowoju. another great English name or another box tick for Diversity?.

Tony, eh? I'm prepared to be convinced otherwise but they already have 36 sections on site, which is enough to complete another 6 rows. As they seemed at best to do a row a day, JIT supply of more sections will not be a limiting factor right now, I'd have thought.
Hi Nick, great video on the points issue, I believe it's going to Sh#t storm in the next couple of months, refs with Man City, Nottingham, and 3 others Luton, Burnley, Sheffield. 1. Don't forget that Everton has another case to answer ,so we what. 2. Man City still has a case to be dragging their feet, which even I believe could go into next season. 3. Then could other teams sue Manchester City in the courts ??
Lee, my apologies for being pedantic but they are not steps on the West Side. They are Terraces, and as is the case inside the stadium, steps will be added to them at a few points along the terracing.
Stadium looking good. Pleased you got some points back ! Hope you stay up 👍🏻 from a SAFC fan

quality as ever mr D.
I think it's based on several parameters, such as:
A) It's important to note that the installation of barrel-cladding is NOT directly influenced by the finishing of the Top, Standing-Seam roof.
They’ll be the mansafe anchor points with a wire between them. Your maintenance guys can use these to attach the lanyard from their safety harness.
The pausing of the cladding: could be that is it currently aligned with the finished north roof, and it is waiting for the east roof to be completed. Also the access tower may be getting the way of the manipulating crane.
Yep 👍🏻
Spot on sir.
Barrel cladding will recommence in the next few days
Yep, if work has stopped temporarily for whatever reason, they'll no doubt 'off-hire' the crane for a couple of days to save save a few bob...

Those things on the roof look like lashing anchors for a safety wire system, so people working on the roof have a safe anchorage for workers lanyards and harnesses.

It looks like they’re doing some excavation work by the barrel cladding, so maybe that’s why the barrel cladding has been relocated

@davidbadcock2225 perhaps the scaffold handrail above the north stand windows is going to be removed to finish work hence fitting the anchor points 👍
Thanks Nick again. Latest vid from the Club's stadium update says they are moving onto the West stand next once the brackets are ready - they mention both NW and SW corners so you might have to check both! Yeah, and they said the barrel cladding should be finished by July
The fixing points on the north roof are for a cable safety system. They are for when access is necessary on the roof workers will attach themselves via harness. Man safe system I think it called

Hi Nick the 3 small round towers you talked about with the plaque on one, so you think the largest of the 3 could turned in to the one on the clubs badge on their kits, also those brackets in the roof might they not be for fitting some sort of solar panels like what’s been done up at Anfield
Solar panels only approved for the south stand roof
They were doing groundwork where the barrel clad crane was situated. There was a trench being dug there earlier in the week.
Sparky: correct and I think it is one of the main reasons that they actually completed the NE Corner barrel-cladding first. Rather than repeat it all here, perhaps take a look at my separate initiator comment, amongst the other 170-odd initiator comments so far on this video. I did send Nick some screenshots on this but they arrived too late for him to use on this video.
It looks like there a some pieces missing from the bottom of the steelworks (I don’t know the correct term) which the barrel cladding attaches to. Maybe this is why the cladding has stopped as well as the scaffolding points (which seems to be getting smaller in the south east corner)
I was told they’d stopped the barrel cladding because the east roof isn’t finished yet. The section they’ve done is under the completed north roof
Spot on mate. Saw this on Nick's video here at the end. I think they may start on one of the other corners next. Maybe on the South east or west?
Ben: yes, some of the bottom level steels are not yet installed, which has been because they have needed to move cherry-pickers and other large equipment in-under the barrel. When they have finished that process the remaining bottom steels will be installed. It is one of many reasons why the barrel-cladding hasn't continued. It's not done to only one parameter. perhaps take a look at my separate initiator comment for a wider consideration.

Point tbh let alone 3.
Good shout Barry, makes a lot of sense 👍
You’re right Barry, the dots on the roof is a Mansafe, fall arrest system, clip your lanyard on the wire between the dots and away you go.
You’re correct on both counts 👍🏻

Does anyone know if there will be a 'fan park' type area on the site or within the stadium? Also will the stadium be lit up at night? It would probably make it an even more iconic landmark in the dark if they did this.
Yes there's a fans plaza in front of the east stand.
John: 'yes' and 'yes' to those Q's. The intended Fan Plaza is what most of the East area is about. There will be 'subtle' lighting of the stadium at night, as there are restrictions on light pollution.
There is a 2 week break now nick till the next lot of cladding gets delivered so they are currently putting the brackets in place till then.
My guess on the barrel cladding is it seems to have stopped in line with where they are currently mid way through fitting the east stand roof. Meaning perhaps it cannot be continued while the roof is incomplete?

One question about the barrel cladding, at the moment the claddid doesn’t go to the edge of the framework at the top and bottom. Presumably that will be filled in, when do you think that will go in and will there be a finishing edge which butts up to the glass framework?

Dunc: it's a good Q but I don't think EFC have decided yet. In official posts on the website they've indicated that they are working on it in earnest now, with consultation, so I guess you should keep a look out on the official site.
Thanks David 👍🏻
Hi Nick great video as usual !
Just wondering about the question of the pieces spotted on the north stand roof :-
Was there going to be some kind lights/lasers coming out of the stadium at night & those could be the units For it ?!!
Just a guess really though 🤔
Cheers Dave C
David: no way. The planners would never have allowed it. The Architects/Engineers had to pay careful attention to the lighting to meet the Light Pollution guidelines. A shame for us folk that don't live in the immediate environment, I suppose.
Have you heard when the fan stones are being played?
Also, is there going to be some kind of memorial garden at the new stadium
May be you can highlight these point's I am sure EFC.are listening
Unsure when the fans’ stones are being installed - could be in the next few weeks.
There won’t be a memorial garden, according to the final plans that were approved
The plaque is a faded no entry sign ! 😂
@@davidbadcock2225 David, I love the detail you provide. Please continue to do so. Thanks.
@@edgale1655 Ed: many thanks for the appreciation. I will.
Thanks for the reply David. Its my preferred area to have my season ticket so wanted to double check no obstructions like Carragher an Neville 😂
@ely2679 😄. I get your point but those so-called expert pundits will be all comfy and cosy in the TV Studios in the NW Corner over the access tunnel.
Re the other drone operators, I’m sure you know that guy Colin ie
CP OVERVIEW he was filming from that location at the same time.
He does post at least two a week, very good btw 😉
Dave: yes, and in Colin's introduction you could see the back of Nick's car immediately behind him.
Why are there gates?
....and why are there so few, for 53000 fans?
Could be solar panel clamps mate on the north stand
Solar panels only approved for the south stand roof
oh right i heard the north cheers
Bryn: it's definitely NOT for Solar Panels as the Array will only be on the South Stand Roof, which is obvious for the larger sized area and maximising angled exposure to the direct sun light.
I suspected them to be anchor points and just wanted confirmation from a roofer. You can now see wire rope between a few anchor points near the NE edge. What piques my curiosity is that the roofers have been walking about freely, without being attached at all, and despite the anchor points being 'roughly' along 3 E-W lines and then roughly 3 N-S lines, the fact that they are not in regimental lines, makes me wonder if they are temporarily located.
Nice to get the points back but still facing second points deduction hanging over club ,must not be allowed to get in this situation again.great video
Yeah, Mosh and the former board members to blame. I think the next points deduction will be 2 points after appeal (which will be after the last game - ridiculous)
Are they doing a memorial for the worker who lost his life ?
Hi Nick Yeah Everton were given 4 pts back as a red I was hoping you got more back as i don’t want to see the longest running top flight derby in England coming to an end, but what if your club is found guilty again and get another points deduction, if that happens surely the club would fail any future appeals in the light of its a second charge in the same season although it relates to different seasons
Everton Bramley Dock football club is coming along really quickly, saw this whilst I was on my bday weekend visit to Liverpool tbh, really coming along well, not an Everton fan myself, Liverpool 😂😂 reds for me mate 😁😜😂
The "plaques" on the wall are old no entry signs, there is no wording and its just faded and rusted (looking back on street view)
John: a great anecdote. I was enjoying your commentary until I got to the last sentence, which was really unnecessary and somewhat passive aggressive. We all carry a mixture of genes from migration, even if it's just 7% Neanderthal. My name is thought to be a derivation from a Norman Conqueror, for instance, so are you likely to call out my competence based on that alone?
West stand is the best, especially if you include the western terrace and thee Riverside groundwork
Can't wait to see the big EVERTON on the glass of the South stand
I don't think they are doing that now. It didn't seem to be in the final plans
Can’t have it mate bcoz it’s a shitty heritage site nobody will know it’s Everton’s stadium can’t advertise jack only downfall of all this
@@paultaylor7835 Didn't know that
Yeah, the early plans had ‘Everton’ across the glass but we were told to remove that by the council and Historic England
@@DuncTheBlue1878 I thought it looked a bit tacky, personally. Dan Meis said it was just a 'placeholder' anyway, but I'm glad they're not doing it. Looks much classier and cleaner without it in my opinion.
Probably can't continue the barrel roof as the scaffolding is in the way
Anon: Rather than repeat it all here, perhaps take a look at my separate initiator comment, amongst the other 170-odd initiator comments so far on this video. I did send Nick some screenshots on this but they arrived too late for him to use on this video.
Barrell progress has been halted due to the scaffolding tower in the way

I don't think it's that far away now.
I think Everton should have got more points back Nick
I say solar panels😂💙💙

The reason they’ve stopped doing the cladding is because they’re waiting for a delivery, they are due on the 11th March
Nick on roof will be anchor points for when working on roof
The West at the moment as the steps are now taking shape
Lee, my apologies for being pedantic but they are not steps on the West Side. They are Terraces, and as is the case inside the stadium, steps will be added to them at a few points along the terracing.
Stonework around the gates Nick not brickwork 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Where is the Everton way going to be we’re all the plaques are going
Everton Way will be between the south stand and Nelson Dock
