Hi brother. Nice to see you go through such a difficult journey with so much joy. I have 3 kids and know how tough it is travelling with kids. I'm from India. I work in a Christian mission hospital in assam. Kindly let me know about other opportunities to serve But I have one query. How do you manage kids education ? I always worry about kids education. Even now working in a remote area in India i feel kids are not getting a good education they deserve
Joshua, Thanks for your comment and thanks for what you do! Education is challenging to figure out. I do not think there is a broad answer that works well for everyone. We once had friends say that they were taking it, “one kid at a time, one year at a time.” We are blessed to have a small school on our mission station with a handful of teachers. The school uses the “Sonlight” homeschool curriculum. Are there are other missionaries where you are at? Could a homeschool cooperative work? As far as missions opportunities, check out the websites for World Medical Mission (Samaritan’s Purse) and the CMDA or Christian Medical and Dental Association. Thanks for working for Christ in India! I spent some time in India in 2011. What a big, diverse, and incredible place!
