Not unusual for top actors to put off marriage till their 40's, actually it's fairly common. The doubt on his sexuality is more due to never been seen dating any female which is impossible considering the age of social media and the sheer amount of reporters and paparazzi out there which obviously raises a huge red flag. Korea is still a fairly conservative country and being gay is still frowned upon.
