  • Blue bird day at the Ears is hard to beat. @Hollywoodsnowbike makes the 14hr trip to Steamboat to find the snow. Despite a low snow year we are still managing to find some good snow to ride. ‪@TimbersledProducts‬ ‪@oxbowgear3830‬

love the content man! keep on the good work !
i also have a question for you, i have a te 300 2024 and im buying a riot 3 for this winter but im not sure if my bike can run the riot 3 129 my 2 friends who i ride with, are telling me that is too long ans its gonna be to hard to make the track turn and keep speed. so my question is , should i keep going with my idea and buy the 129 or should i get a 120 instead what are your thoughts
    thx man !

All the 300s I ride with are mounted to riot3 129 kits. If you dial in the motors well they will have no problem moving the kits. It's more about traction than track speed so the 3" tracks are ideal in most powder snow conditions. two strokes don't have the broad power/rev range of four strokes so not having the track spin as much is important. A solid Four stroke will still beat a built 300 on a hill climb but for ripping through tight trees I can hold my own against any four stroke. Your TE300 is not a power focused motor compared to a TX or XC model. The wide ratio transmission is also less ideal than those other models. You can do some tuning and motor work and should be able to make good power on your bike though. TSP seems to have good options for max power. Will rip in the summer as well!
