Unsure if you guys read the comments but just want to say this podcast has been epic. Never going to miss a single one. The stories and opinions etc always bring a laugh and smile. Can't wait for big meekz to spill the beans on the keano story. Keep it up lads
I absolutely love you guys! i know y'all have kinda just started with this channel but fucking hell the quality of every single episode is top notch. Micah as a City fan I love you the most brother. You are the best ambassador City could have. Keep up the great work lads.
I just have to say I watch a lot of football podcasts but this is just a class apart, because it does not feel like it’s a formal podcast and you guys don’t seem like you trying to hard to create excitement as well, it’s just feels like a honest playful conversation about football with life facts between friends or football colleagues. Your personalities also jel so well, with Alan being slightly more old fashioned and reserved and proper Micah being absolutely bombastic and playful and Gary being the binding factor between the two being a mix of both and driving the conversation
The Usher song is not called "7 o'clock" it's called Nice 'n' Slow. The first line of the song is "It's seven o'clock on the dot, I'm in my drop top cruising the streets"
Absolutely love listening and seeing you guys on RUclips. Much better than on podcast. I remember when Linekar coming to Spurs and was absolutely fuming that we got rid of Waddle and them two not playing together.
would love to hear your takes on what’s next for the managers currently between jobs - potter, nagelsman, conte, lampard, solskjaer, zidane marsch, glasner, hassenhuttl, and of course vilda. perhaps an insight into what the coaches get up to between clubs and where you think some of them may end up. love the pod - keep it up!
would also love to hear you touch upon the potentially awkward conversation around the pipeline for managers between the women’s to men’s game. can you see there being an issue with the women’s game becoming a stepping stone for managers? can you see the likes of emma hayes or sarina wiegman managing in the men’s game soon?
Best football podcast by a mile. Micah for 75 million would be a push, but Gary & Alan are both worth over 200 million easily, and Shearer is probably about 15/20 million more I'd say
Loving the podcast guys! Have you ever thought of getting a guest on once every now and then? It doesn’t have to be a frequent thing. We’ve all seen footballing guests on the TV where they have to speak properly etc but to see some people totally uncensored on this show really would add an extra dynamic.
Best podcast on RUclips. Absolutely love it. Best birthday present I ever had was a signed To Robert Alan Shearer. Mum got it as Shearer was at Madam Theusauds. Loving the chemistry between the 3 of you keep it up perfectly balanced.
I watch numerous football podcasts on youtube but the vibe you guys have got going on between you is different. If I can ask a question for future Q&As, who was the one foreign player at your football club that at that same time would've worked wonders for England?
Wayne Rooney wrote a transfer request in the Everton canteen in order to force a move to Manchester United. Everton were (again!) In financial dire straits and wanted to accept a higher offer from Chelsea, but Wayne was only interested in United.
Hope somebody tells Micah that that Usher song is called "Nice & Slow" not "Seven O'clock." 😂 I've seen him mention it a few times on various shows, and he always gets the name wrong 😂
Just on written transfer requests, in 2006 Wigan Defender Pascal Chimbonda famously played with a written transfer request slipped inside his shin pad and slipped it out at full time in the Highbury changing room (last ever game at highbury) Wigan Midfielder Graham Kavanagh reportedly pinned Chimbonda up against the wall for doing so. When asked about the situation, Wigan manager Paul Jewell discribed the letter as screwed up, torn and said when he first saw it, that he thought it was some form of origami 😆😆
I'm sure Steve Hodge actually wrote out a wriiten transfer request and handed it over to Cloughie when he was at Forest. He's mentioned it a few times on various podcasts.
Of all the podcasts I listen to this includes several football motoring & crime this with these 3 is by far the best as well as football it's also.comedy as they are just so comical keep the good work..Im 53 and I'm with Gary and no doubt Shearer I thought Micah was on about 7pm lol.
As a Man United fan i know Wayne Rooney submitted a written transfer request in 2004) to leave Everton for us) and in 2010 (he called it the biggest mistake of his career). I think Gerrard did for Liverpool as well but im not sure. Anyway, another wonderful episode lads, keep it up 👍
Another great podcast, very interesting to listen to. What interesting lives you have all led in football. Without this podcast I would not really understand what goes on behind the scenes.
Micah Richards you are nice & happy fellow but I'm 68 years old involved with football very much and I never knew you ever played football,I started knowing you as a commentator 😁
Not exactly, adjusted for inflation it’s 35 million, but the adjustment for the current market in football specifically since Qatari money would make it around 200+ million, now it’s very much “how much are the billionaires willing to pay?”
Gary Lineker's move in mid 80s - £2,000,000 in 1985 is equivalent in purchasing power to about £7,753,223.60 today. This should be spoken about when comparing transfer to back in the day. Alan Shearers £15,000,000 in 1995 is the equivalent in purchasing power to about £36,894,377.52 today!!!
True, except its not the inflation of currency that has resulted in crazy transfers recently. Looking back to Zidane maybe, but even then Madrid were paying over the odds for him. Kaka was a big fee at the time. Player at his peak age. If you take out Maradona world record fees. Lineker went for 20% more than Paolo Rossi did a decade earlier. After Shearer went to Newcastle fees were increasing 20% or more each year for while. Shearer pre-arab oil money... About £90m in 2020. Shearer after the Neymar deal, post oil money. Sky's the limit. It's mbappe level fees. Haaland level striker.
Great stories thanks! I remember Lineker's diarhea during a match.. story; hysterical. on a more technical note, (if they read comments...)what do they think of a return of the old way of defending corner kicks..i.e. One defender on each post...I have seen so many goal that could have prevented with this setup...
do you see a side other than Manchester City, Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal or Newcastle winning a league in the next 10 years? Love watching the show keep it up!
I had (what I assume to be) a language mix up as a fan. Ordered the Villa home shirt from the club website for the 08-09 season with some printing on the back. I always assumed these were done by the club in house but I guess they must have used a third party as it turned up with numbers that said FC Barcelona on them. So got hold of the club and sent it back to be replaced. A few days later get the package in the post and they’ve sent me the away shirt. So have a whinge at the club they tell me keep the away shirt and they will send the home one anyway. Finally at the third time of asking, I get what I ordered in the first place. Why a language problem? Villa’s kit manufacturer at the time was Nike. And Nike listed their sizes in French. The French word for man is ‘Homme’. So I can only assume some non football fan in a warehouse somewhere saw Homme written on this Villa away kit and figured it was the home kit. A bit of a hassle but ended up with two shirts for the price of one so can’t complain…!
Great show once again!! Would love to know which one is best footballer today? My vote would be Micah purely on fitness and age but would love to here there views
Unsure if you guys read the comments but just want to say this podcast has been epic. Never going to miss a single one. The stories and opinions etc always bring a laugh and smile. Can't wait for big meekz to spill the beans on the keano story. Keep it up lads
people think they read the commnts lol, maybe the first 3 haha
Meow
look at me louie over here
unsure if you read comments says a supposed fan when the pod has entire segments where they read comments
100% it’s a brilliant podcast.. glad they went off the BBC and started their own channel, they can be themselves..
Epic😂😂
The moment Micah mentioned Ballotelli, I knew he was in trouble 😂😂😂
This honestly has such a positive effect on my mental health. The camaraderie between you three is indispensable. Keep up the class work lads. Jack.

Micah's laugh is just contagious.
Content laugh
The film?
It’s forced
@@philipowen-by3jb No,it's natural
Every episode has been gold so far. I’m finding myself listening on Spotify first but then a day later coming to watch the antics here on RUclips.
Thank you!!
This podcast is so good. The dynamic between you three is perfect
Great pod again love watching them. Big Meeks 'My agent was useless' Shearer 'If your agent got you 50k a week he was fuckin brilliant' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This show is the most genuine, good vibes football podcast there is, love it.
Hey Gary your not the only one that thought 7 o’clock was the time Micah had to sing it great show Alan’s far funnier than I ever thought
Chemistry is so important in a podcast. This podcast has it in spades.
15:05 is gold. Balotelli did Micah dirty there lol
Every story involving Balotelli is a good one lol
Zabaleta. The bane of big meeks' excistence.
You are the best. Content is always so genuine and from the heart. Love to see O'Henry join you. No nonsense sports discussion. Thank you.
Love this podcast. Hope there's many more to come over many more seasons
The fan base of your podcast is also great. The questions are great. I learn so much every time.
I absolutely love you guys! i know y'all have kinda just started with this channel but fucking hell the quality of every single episode is top notch. Micah as a City fan I love you the most brother. You are the best ambassador City could have. Keep up the great work lads.
@@dondamon4669 and your point is?
Great show guys! Loving the chemistry between Gary and Alan that's obviousy been there for years, but Micah's addition just completes it!
Lineker always picks his bloody nose!

Only just noticed it says 'Goal hanger' right under Gary lol. Loving the pod lads, always listen the second it comes out.
That’s the name of his production company, which produces this podcast
@@Chigz10 oh I didn't know that, very apt lol

This will become most popular football pod in short time
2 episodes in 1 week ? Glorious
Another one on Saturday :)
Micahs laugh is so infectious, amazing Pod cast Im crying..
Best football podcast by a mile. Micah for 75 million would be a push, but Gary & Alan are both worth over 200 million easily, and Shearer is probably about 15/20 million more I'd say
Love the pod !! Please bring some guests like agents to understand the transfers in a very descriptive manner.
You all 3 legends ❤
I just discovered this podcast... It's absolutely amazing!!! Thank you!!!
25:46 this is an all time moment 😂😂😂😂
Love this podcast! Great insight to life as a top footballer. Thanks guys.
Best way to start and also end the day, laughing, getting to know a lot of stuff about the game I love so much! Keep it up guys!

Gary thinking Usher 7 o clock was the actual time Micah had to sing🤣🤣🤣🤣 this podcast is easily one of the best💯
This is the best thing to happen to Football!. Absolutely incredible!.
Best podcast on RUclips. Absolutely love it. Best birthday present I ever had was a signed To Robert Alan Shearer. Mum got it as Shearer was at Madam Theusauds.

I would watch this all day. Great show, lads.
I watch numerous football podcasts on youtube but the vibe you guys have got going on between you is different. If I can ask a question for future Q&As, who was the one foreign player at your football club that at that same time would've worked wonders for England?
Question for you boys….. what was the biggest miss/sitter of your career? Who was it for/against and did it affect the result of the game?
Love this podcast, I could listen to these three all day.
Micah's pronunciation of "testa di cazzo" gets a 10 out of 10!
Mario, you are a great teacher😂😂😂😂😂
Love all three of you guys, you are so funny and lovely to listen to!
Perfect way to end my working day, brilliant as usual.
Wayne Rooney wrote a transfer request in the Everton canteen in order to force a move to Manchester United. Everton were (again!) In financial dire straits and wanted to accept a higher offer from Chelsea, but Wayne was only interested in United.
I like Micah's considered take on Robinho - really shows how often it is far too simplistic to brand a player as a "failure" at a given club.
Guys, writing in from India! You lot are a blessing to football podcasts. It’s such a joy to see you lot just have fun
This is a perfect podcast. Brilliant all three of them.
Hope somebody tells Micah that that Usher song is called "Nice & Slow" not "Seven O'clock." 😂

The Usher song is "Nice and Slow". Great song choice.
I'm sure Steve Hodge actually wrote out a wriiten transfer request and handed it over to Cloughie when he was at Forest. He's mentioned it a few times on various podcasts.
Linekar moving to Barca today would be 110 mil I reckon and Shearer moving anywhere in his prime would be 170 mil or so, maybe more
big meekz is a beast man mums 😭
Of all the podcasts I listen to this includes several football motoring & crime this with these 3 is by far the best as well as football it's also.comedy as they are just so comical keep the good work..Im 53 and I'm with Gary and no doubt Shearer I thought Micah was on about 7pm lol.
Well done fellas. Great show.
I always enjoy watching these. Thank you.
The best football podcast on tv, internet, pick your medium.
Hope there's many more eps to come.
Micah it’s called ‘ Nice & Slow’ not 7 o’clock ! Either way , banger!
Absolutely love this podcast. Great stuff!
Love this podcast total banter an my idol Gary what a player an a pundit.
So weird hearing 2 sides and opposing opinions about a club, players and manager with Micah and Wayne. Bridge (he was on Crouchy's podcast yesterday).
micah thinks a lot of himself and its soooo funny to see. He genuinely thought he was Cafu for a short spell.
As a Man United fan i know Wayne Rooney submitted a written transfer request in 2004) to leave Everton for us) and in 2010 (he called it the biggest mistake of his career). I think Gerrard did for Liverpool as well but im not sure. Anyway, another wonderful episode lads, keep it up 👍
I think in todays market Gary and Shearer would both be around 120 million. Micah 50 at a push.
Genuinely just brilliant content
Supposedly when Andy Carroll left Newcastle for Liverpool, Pardew made him put it in writing for it to be considered a 'Transfer request'
absolutely love this guys....such amazing stories...my god
Gary's giggle after hearing cazzo 😂😂😂😂
I'm pleased Linekar brought up Beardsley the most chronically undertaked about player in my era. Just ridiculous footballer
I love this podcast just genuinely fantastic to watch!
Another great podcast, very interesting to listen to. What interesting lives you have all led in football. Without this podcast I would not really understand what goes on behind the scenes.
Micahs laugh is seriously insane 😂 imagine hearing him and KSI in a room laughing
Absolutely, pure fun!
They must make this like talksports it will last forever.. have people call in to discuss weekend games
Well done Richards for backing Keane
Brilliant. Can you tell some stores about Terry Venerables. Or maybe a guest appearance from El Tel.
Micah is legend with his laugh 😅
Best new podcast in over s year n best footie one. Irish guy good cause diffrent but they two all u need
Crouchy has competition now!
Didn't Robinho famously say he thought he was going to Manchester United. Ours would be Veron and Forlan two world class players that just didn't work
The Balotelli story was amazing. 101 Balo
I love this podcast.
Greatest episode yet.
Another top drawer episode! nice one
Another brilliant episode from The Three Musketeers ❤️🥊💥👍👏
Another great podcast.
Micah Richards you are nice & happy fellow but I'm 68 years old involved with football very much and I never knew you ever played football,I started knowing you as a commentator 😁
He's an international that started most games for a title team?
Loving the pod guys. Question: what’s the strangest superstition one of your teammates has had?
Adjusted for inflation 15 million is the equivalent of 220 million
Not exactly, adjusted for inflation it’s 35 million, but the adjustment for the current market in football specifically since Qatari money would make it around 200+ million, now it’s very much “how much are the billionaires willing to pay?”

Rooney handed in a transfer request at Everton, when going to United. He talked about it with Tony Bellew. Think it was on a kitchen napkin 😅
I'm Hooked what a great channel.
Can someone correct Micah, he’s called it 7 o’clock on Sky and on here. Still wrong it’s called nice and slow!
I had (what I assume to be) a language mix up as a fan.
