Lovely!! 💚 I actually started watching your videos in order to experience the calmness of the cold, dark, cozy winter months... Living in North Carolina, and with climate change, we don't really have winter anymore. It hasn't snowed here in more than 5 years, and rarely does winter go on for more than 2-3 months. So, your cozy, moody, deep snowy vibes videos have helped me choose to cope without winter here. I do plan to move north one day, but until then, I must remain in this warm climate that I dislike so much. What you said struck a cord though, I can *choose* to take a positive mindset in the summer months that are so oppressive, and choose to find ways to get through them. Gardening is helping a lot, but I really need to do better with my outlook. I look forward to seeing your videos, and appreciate the work you put into them...! Cheers!

Hey Jen, the flowers are so beautiful, the burnt cheesecake looked so yummy, one of my favorite desert is baked or unbaked cheesecake but I prefer baked :) we are edging into spring here in UK now, no snow as yet, lots of rain & wind, low temps. I prefer coffee with chocolate, & biscuits with tea lol Hopefully the snow will disappear soon so you can see new life when you go on your walks, it always pleases me to see new life beginning, the buds on the trees, the leaves of flowers just pushing through the ground, in fact already bluebells & snowdrops & crocuses are growing in certains grassy areas & woodlands. I was wondering how many different tableware sets you have and if you always only have two plates per set and how you do it when you have friends coming over? Because it seems like your kitchen is a normal size so how do you fit so many different tableware sets in it? 🙈
Hello Carolina! Thank you so much. I have a 1 set tableware but I only use it when we have family and friends. For our daily use, I have 2 plates per set of the tableware I like from Marimekko and Iittala. Most of the things we don’t use daily are stored in our apartment storage unit.

I first had this salmon soup when visiting Helsinki and it was so dark, cold, and wet outside. Eating the soup was really an unforgettable feeling.
