Not really, so far the three furry/kemono Touhou fangames that I know of are the Juuden series, the Ore no Animism series and the Taikan project. Tbf, I only mentioned this because there's quite a number of programmers, composers and artists within the Touhou fan community who are also furries, more than you would expect. And yet there's not much content out there that crosses these two fandoms, probably out of tradition and old fear
