We are originally from Cebu, we bought a farm here in Iloilo 2 years ago for the reason that we want to expand our small farm back in cebu. Iloilo is a great city, less traffic, less crowd and lots of opportunities for business. The real estate is cheaper compared to cebu as well. So far we loved it here! 🙂.
