- I think its kinda funny how there's clear patterns for what songs I pick for my animatics. When I do major LISA animatics its They Might Be Giants. And for fear and hunger its really obscure musicals that no one's heard about.

I love how for every other contestant Termina is a nightmare deluge of horrors but when you pick O'Saa it immediately becomes "O'Saa and Nas'hrah's excellent adventure"
If someone is to survive not only the dungeon but termina as well is a yellow mage

O'saa and August are the two most prepared for Termina seeing how O'saa already survived his expedition into the dungeons of Fear and Hunger, and August because of his upbringing with Moonless and probably fighting monsters like his Ancestor

I adore the idea of the contestants all forming up into different groups, especially since Oliva and Marcoh are there to make sure Tanaka doesn't get murdered immediately
It is canon tho, one can induce by playing multiple runs that there are certain groups that tend to stick. Most obvious is Marco Olivia and Chadnaka, then Karin and Daan, I think Abella to idk.

O'saa breaks out in song like a disney princess after playing a harmless prank in the Alll-Mer confessional booth, sits in the middle of a walkway and threatens to blow your limbs off if you get too close a few hours later.

It's incredible how a different art style can make this game look like it isn't the most nightmarish thing I've ever seen. What a wonderful show.
This song fits O'saa so well! I could so see him pulling this kind of "lecture" on Marina and Levi. I love the framing at 1:39 - it's such a smart reference in showing how O'saa inherently knows more than anyone else about what's going on. Plus, Nas'hrah's head getting whipped around like a basketball. Just brilliant.

Yes!! O’saa gets some time to shine. He’s my favourite of the Termina cast and I really love seeing him get some spotlight.
Love the depictions of Per’kele and Pocketcat. The smiley energy really translates well into this artstyle.

I love how Tanaka doesn't die early and instead forms a group with Marcoh and Olivia, also the way that Tanaka's doppelganger was in this as well is really cool
Wow, I must say, this is really some high quality stuff. Even though its just an animatic, it looks awesome, i like how expressive and fluid it is, it blends effortlessly with the song and the scenes are perfect. What I also like is the transition from O'saa being the focal point. the one who sings the song, to Perkele, when the camera slowly pans upward the tower. Its an interesting detail and an interesting piece of characterization for O'saa. I mean, I love how the song and the whole animatic play into his playful and mischievous side, while still showcasing his wisdom and acting in a way as a guide for the youngest contestants, them being Marina and Levi. It's nice to see him in that position, especially with Marina hence they got things in common and O'saa might see some of his past self in her. But, coming back to square one, I like how it shows how cocky and overconfident O'saa can get due to his mage prowess. He is indeed very skilled and all but he ought to remind himself that his powers were granted by the Old Gods and his worship of them, the assistance provided by Nashrah and maybe the luck of being born with an Enlightened soul. O'saa, without those properties and conditions, its just an average guy, he might parade himself as an otherwordly beast, but compared to Perkele or other beings of this level, he is vulnerable. I think O'saa is the showman in this one, but Perkele is the one who whispers this to all the contestants hence he organises the festival on behalf of his master. Also, lovely art style, reminds me a lot of Gravity Falls and i appreciate how the characters were stylized. Though, I personally would rather see a more realistic style for a Termina animated series (X-Men Evolution Style or Cowboy Bebop style) i really like this one too. Overall, really good job here, keep it up! Im super glad that the Funger games have sparkled so much creativity on the web, big thanks to Miro! ^^
Maybe it’s because this is a big contrast to the game and I this is my first time checking out a fear and hunger animatic but I’m a little bit surprised how friendly it felt
O'saa is the only contestant chipper enough about these events occuring around himself to break out into a musical number over their impending dooms, perfect casting.

what i like most about all these designs (other then how fun the body shapes are n the way they fit the characters personalities) is that Daan and Pocketcat have the EXACT same bodyshape, down to the pointy ass shoes. and given how distinct you've made everyone else, its just a nice lil nod towards his future possession, i love it its so small but such a great detail :)
