    Posture should be corrected and range of motion should also be increased I was also doing 200 pushups like this but after I correct I can't do more than 60

      Same here, I figured out one more thing.
      Instead of looking down if we look in front, it kind of makes the pushup more challenging.

    aiyu pushup rey those reps were all half ass pushups not even 1 rep was completed, keep doing it u r on ur way to injury.
