    My feet have hurt for 20 yrs it started with pain under my ankle then plantar faciatis, now it's top of my foot and along the side. It can get excruciating especially in the summer when I walk more. I'm excited to know that there might be a treatment for my poor feet. Thanks!

    3 months now tricep long head at the scapular and elbow. I'm only 31 years old. I tried 3 weeks then strengthening and it came back. I've not gym for another 2 weeks now I try using resistance band yesterday light band and flared it back up tenderness and stiffness came back spasms should I rest it for longer? More weeks?
