There's communal pastures here on conservation land. End of each summer the pastures are emptied and they're opened up to hunters for deer hunting. You get kind of used to seeing the herds then they are gone. It's a great place to view the night's sky too.

the corral is really interesting. Is this a usual style? I've never really looked deeply into factory farming much but figure cows at least can graze....unlike pigs. Also, is this corral like the one Temple Grandin designed? It was to make the transition from grazing to slaughter less stressful...and you can see from drone images how circular the cattle move...I'm not a mammal eater in any case...but can't say I'm plant-based totally...
They just go home after. This is just to get them off crown grazing.
So! What is so fantastic about it? The Province do not know what real news is lately. I have seen many many footage of cattle round-ups better than this video snip.
